Location is everything!!! Walking distance to town, your family will be close to all the shops, bars & restaurants. Across the street you'll find a playground, tennis & basketball courts, skate park and nature walk. Only 1.7 miles from Holiday Valley Resort This spacious two-bedroom upstairs apartment has 2 queen beds, and one pull out couch, sleeps 6 comfortably. Cozy fireplace in the living area to keep you cozy on those chilly days. Amenities include an amazing balcony with a gas fire pit and a view of the park, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Just minutes from skiing, golfing, swimming and hiking. Relax by the fireplace or set out for an adventure! Ellicottville has so much to offer all four seasons.

Very clean lots of ample space and everything you need in a modern upstairs apartment with a small veranda for outdoor happy hours.

We had a great stay- plenty of room for our family of four and a great location within walking distance to town and just a few minutes drive to the ski slopes. Host communicated quickly and helped resolve an issue on check-in so quickly it didn’t effect our trip at all (lock wasn’t opening for us). A nice kitchen and living space let us prepare our own breakfasts and enjoy a movie by the fire after a long day of skiing.

Excellent location. Loved the gas fireplace and Christmas tree. Nice welcome basket. Had a lot of extras including paper products. Easy check in and communication with host. Quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at the Après Way condo. The unit was on the second floor of a house in a quiet neighbourhood. It was an easy 15 minute walk from downtown. The kitchen was nice and well-equipped. We really enjoyed the fire table out on the balcony. The beds and lounge area were comfortable. The only slight downside is that the walls were thin and you could hear noises from the other unit. I would definitely stay again.
