About this house rental

Our lovingly maintained Meredith NH home sits in one of the most desirable towns in the lakes region. Just minutes from both winnipasaukee and winnisquam, beautiful beaches, Laconia attractions, a short ride to the regions major ski resorts. Ski all day and come home to relax in the cedar sauna. Very kid friendly with 4 bedrooms, custom master bath, and a kids room with crib. Children’s playground outback and a BBQ grill.

The home is very nice. Good communication with the owner. It really only should state sleeps 6 to 8 as the couch does not have a pullout and the bed on the first floor is a blow up air mattress which was ok for my kids but not for 2 adults.

Overall the house and location were good. We did have a slight issue with the house listing it had AC. There was an AC unit in the master bedroom and in another bedroom (with just a crib). The rest of the house did not have AC. Luckily it was just 2 couples so we had to move one of the beds into the room with AC so we could sleep at night (this was during a heat wave and the house was about 85 degrees) it was a little disappointing that there was no AC in the living areas as it made it difficult to spend time in the house with each other. The house was clean and nicely furnished otherwise. Would go back in the winter months

Property is in a peaceful, high end residential community tucked away from tourist traffic but easily accessible from all the local lake communities and services. We had a short stay of only 2 nights, but were completely satisfied. The host Julie was beyond exceptional in communicating and helping us with our stay. Check in and Check out were among the most seamless of all my rental experiences. Would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for a group of four girls. The kitchen was the perfect size and had just enough that heating up dinner and serving up snacks was a breeze. The absolute best part though was how communicative the host was. In just one night we had multiple questions but Julie was prompt and lovely in their answers. Would definitely stay again when we visit the lakes region. Thank you!
