A stunning ground floor apartment situated within the design-led stunning iconic building overlooking the North Norfolk Coast within the footsteps of the award-winning sandy beach, and a 5-minute’ walk into the town centre with an array of amenities, including boutiques and many eateries. Brand new (2022) South Terrace is aptly named boasting a sunny, huge terrace, comfortably furnished with outdoor sofa seating, dining seating and a BBQ. Here you can enjoy alfresco dining, your morning coffee and dining into the evening, a truly magical spot to enjoy and relax.
Both bedrooms benefit from private En-suite shower room facilities. Both bedrooms and the sitting room all have doors opening onto the terrace. The apartment boasts sociable, open-plan living, filled with light, and comfy sofas. A well-equipped kitchen allows you to cook and dine at home. Prefer to eat out, don’t worry, there are so many good eateries, within strolling distance. The famous ‘Champagne Coast’ Sheringham is a nostalgic area of natural beauty, with unspoilt countryside, whilst the beach is the star attraction, the cliff-top golf course welcomes very good players, a swimming pool, many charming boutiques, galleries, cafes, and restaurants.
Also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway. Why not jump on board and travel to the delightful seaside village of Weybourne or visit the Georgian market town of Holt? Sheringham is host to many events and food festivals throughout the year and foodies will love the freshness and mixture of the Farmers Markets. Popular local events include Carnival Week held during early August, when you can enjoy all the fun of the fair and the 1940s celebration weekend held in mid-September.
For the brave is the New Year’s Day sea swim, when you can participate in a bracing swim or paddle, to celebrate the brand New Year. Felbrigg and Blickling National Trust stately houses and gardens are open all year round, whilst the Muckleburgh Military and Tank collection has a great selection of vehicles, tanks and guns. Sheringham Beach is right on your doorstep, and the seaside resorts of Cromer, Great Yarmouth and Hunstanton, are all within easy driving distance.
Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, to enjoy riverside restaurants, cafés and shops. Daily hire and river trips are available to explore the miles of waterways, abundant with wildlife. The salt marshes and RSPB nature reserves can be found further along the coast road. Shopaholics will delight in the City of Norwich 45 minutes drive, or jump on the train, having two indoor shopping malls, a market square, a cathedral, a castle museum, a theatre, and plenty of cafés, pubs, and restaurants to enjoy.
