About this house rental
Captain's View is a modern townhouse with stunning views over one of the inner marinas in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne.
You can soak up views of the boats and yachts from the private patio, with its outdoor table and chairs; from the balcony off the first floor lounge, and also from the top floor bedroom which faces that way.
This comfortable house is perfect for families or friends sharing - two of the bedrooms have flexible zip and link beds, giving up to five beds.
Set over three floors, this family friendly holiday let has plenty of stairs, so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Open up your front door and go down the hallway to the ground floor dining kitchen. Airy and light this is well equipped for self catering with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is a washing machine if you do need to do any laundry.
Doors from the kitchen lead to your private patio area where you can soak up the nautical ambience along with your morning coffee (or evening glass of wine!).
The ground floor has a handy WC and then stairs lead up to the next level where you'll find a spacious lounge, also ideally positioned to make the most of the views. If you can tear your eyes away from the riviera style scene from the lounge off the balcony, you've a smart TV in front of the two sofas.
This middle floor has a bedroom which can be set up as a kingsize or with two beds.
Up another flight of stairs to the top (second) floor and the spacious master bedroom beckons. This has a kingsize bed, bags of built in wardrobes, another smart TV for indulgent viewing in bed, and an ensuite shower room.
This top floor also has the main bathroom, with a bath and shower over, plus another bedroom - again a flexible set up as super kingsize or with twin beds.
All bed linen and regular towels are provided (please pack your beach towels). WiFi is available. A small, adult dog may be considered, but please discuss your pet with us before booking.
There is driveway parking for one vehicle (additional cars can find nearby street parking, free of charge).
