The Space:
Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

The convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer ensures that your stay remains hassle-free, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your time in the Poconos.

The first floor also features a cozy bedroom with two comfortable full beds and a full bath, providing ample accommodations for a restful night's sleep.

Venture upstairs to the second floor, where you'll discover a thoughtfully designed workspace, complete with a desk. This area offers a quiet and inspiring atmosphere for remote work or creative endeavors, making it an ideal choice for remote workers or digital nomads.

The second floor also hosts two more bedrooms: a spacious bedroom with a plush queen bed, and a master bedroom that boasts a queen bed as well as a crib, perfect for families traveling with little ones. Additionally, there's another full bath on this floor, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house except for 2 locked closets.

Other Things to Note:
In wintertime we strongly recommend you have a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.

Q. Do you offer any discounts ?

A. Our listed pricing is the best possible price we offer. There are bigger discounts that get applied for each day you add from 3 days and up .
