We loved staying at Peaceful Tides! We have two small children and the space was perfect. Close to the beach, walking distance to ice cream, and most importantly a pool to go to on days when we didn't want to brave the sand. My husband is a dog trainer and we were especially thankful to find a place that allowed our two dogs to come with us. We will stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! Our hosts were very helpful and everything was clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. Loved the beach theme furnishings and decorations. It is walking distance to food and shops. I would absolutely recommend this condo and hosts!

We’ve been to St. Simon’s Island many times but have always stayed in a family member’s unit. With all of the families traveling for one big vacation and us now having a son, it was our first time staying in a unit as just our family. When we searched for properties, this one stood out immediately and it was just as advertised. Everything was so clean (could smell it the moment you walked in) and was fully stocked for everything we needed! All we had to do was rearrange some things on the tables since we have a walking soon to be 1-year-old who likes to get his hands on everything! Our family goes to St. Simons Island usually once every few years and we’ve already saved this property so we can hopefully use it again!

Peaceful tides! It’s a perfect name for this small community of condos. Our second level unit was quiet, beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay on St. Simons Island . The hosts were attentive and communication was great! I would definitely stay here again!

We've come to St. Simmons several times now and this by far has been the best place we stayed. Excellent location in gated community. Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect and we just wished we had another couple fo days to stay. Easy walk to dowtown shopping and restaurants. Quiet area with friendly neighbors.
Definitely recommend and we'll look to stay here again in the future.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for us and our Labradoodle that we brought. The condo was spotless, beds were comfortable and the location can’t be beat! The condo is very well stocked with towels, and bathroom amenities! Overall we had an amazing stay and are definitely coming back.

We had a fabulous 4-night stay at Peaceful Tides. The location can’t be beat: quiet and restful, yet within easy walking distance to restaurants, pier, a beautiful park and of course the beach! Our hosts were very welcoming and the condo beautiful, pristine and very well appointed. We did not lack for anything and found ourselves enjoying relaxing inside in the hottest part of the day. We are no strangers to the loveliness of SSI but this is our first stay at Peaceful Tides and we will surely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Tides condo. It was quiet in the early morning and also from evening onward. Jim and Lee were wonderful hosts who tried to anticipate and provide for any needs their guests might have. Their condo was nicely furnished and well equipped. Every room had a flat screen TV and the one in the living room was huge. The condo was walking distance to Pier Village which had lots of shopping and also restaurants. It was around the corner from a park which had pickle ball and a fenced dog park. It was a short (6mins) drive from several beaches that had free parking. Our favorite was East Beach because it had very convenient facilities including showers and bathrooms. We were traveling with our loyal labradoodle and St Simons was very dog friendly! Restaurants allowed dogs to dine on their outdoor patios and even provided dog bowls for water or food. The beaches allowed dogs off leash if they were friendly and under the owners voice command. We were able to rest, relax, and really enjoy our time on the island. We look forward to a return trip! Thank you Jim and Lee for your attention to detail and your kind hospitality.

My family stayed here for a week in May. This property was very nice, and clean. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay while on vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quite. The owners/ property management is fantastic ! Super attentive, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a easy check-in , and stay. We will definitely return for another stay .

This was our first visit to St. Simons Island and had no idea were to stay. I came across this property and after reading all the reviews, which were all excellent, I decided this was the place. It did not disappoint! We felt at home from the moment we walked in. It was bright, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was quiet,and secure but close enough to enjoy everything the island had to offer either by car or walk. Jim and Lee have thought of everything one may need for the perfect vacation including a well stocked kitchen. One little glitch with checking in but Jim was very attentive and was solved very quickly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very comfortable, we had no problems with anything. Our new dog had a great time also. We have stayed in several different places on the island, this by far was our favorite.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing. It was everything we wanted. Nice accommodations. Great area for venturing out to see the town of St. Simons. Would highly recommend this rental. Communication with the property managers was great. They provided all the info we needed before coming.

Such a beautiful and comfortable condo! We loved our time here. Wonderful location and beautiful neighborhood. You could easily walk to the pier and surrounding areas, yet the complex was quiet and tucked away. Condo had everything we needed (even a pickle ball set in the closet!). Jim was helpful and quick to respond. Would 100% stay at Peaceful Tides again!

Clean, well stocked, everything operational and didn't take owner's manuals to figure out the HVAC, TV/stereo or appliances! Neighbors were really nice, too! Safe gated community away from beach traffic but close enough to be very convenient. Quiet. And plenty of coffee to clear the fog in the morning, which is really important to a coffee-fueled person like me. Five+ stars. Owner communicated just enough right before we were set to arrive with key information. Stay was a breeze. Can't say enough good things. Thanks for the hospitality!

Easy walk to the village, beautiful location. Hosts were available and attentive in pre-visit instructions and when we had a couple of snafus, and offered lovely suggestions for restaurants and activities. No silly requirements to take out the trash, wash the dishes or strip the beds, how refreshing! (Visitors, please keep it clean so that doesn't change!!) King bed was pretty darn comfortable for not being mine, daughter reported the double bed was a bit too firm for her. Son was comfortable on the pull-out couch in the sunroom area, though it was not made up but plenty of blankets and spare sheets were available. Very well stocked with bath towels, dishes, other kitchen items, paper products etc. Dedicated parking spot a short walk to the unit. Highly recommend!

As soon as we walked into this lovely bright condo we knew we had found our perfect holiday home. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The home is beautifully appointeded with comfortable furniture and artwork. We had everything we needed. The hosts have clearly thought through every detail, including fun games to play in the evenings.
The location is quiet and private but an easy walking distance to the village. Parking is straightforward and the whole development is relaxed with lovely landscaping and turtle ponds throughout.
We will not hesitate to book again.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this cute little condo! The layout is great, the furniture is comfortable, and the hosts are incredibly easy to communicate with. It was the perfect spot to hop around SSI shops and restaurants. We can't wait to book our next stay here!

We loved our stay at Peaceful Tides. The unit itself is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, all the furniture comfortable and the decor lovely. The gated community is very quiet and peaceful. We did make use of the tennis courts a few times. A quick walk through a pretty neighborhood to the pier area with some great restaurants and access to the beach. Finally, communication with the owners was wonderful. Very responsive to all my questions and went out of their way to research things for us. Can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, the highest quality and most comfortable furniture including beds that we have ever experienced in a VRBO property. Decor is lovely, kitchen fully equipped. Nice location, walkable to the village and pier. Owners very responsive and great to deal with.

We are addicted to Pickleball and the courts are just a short walk from Peaceful Tides. So is dining, shopping, beach and pier. The condo is bright and well decorated. Can't say enough good things about this condo. We had a great time and will return again. Thanks to the wonderful owners.

The host has thought of everything. The split bedroom plan is perfect. Very, very clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Our contact with Jim always had a prompt response. We will most definately stay here again.

This was a great condo in a quiet, gated community. The owner made possible to offer us early check in on our arrival. The condo is comfortable and nice decorated. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Beautiful and immaculate condo in St. Simons. Tastefully and beautifully decorated with every amenity you could need. Lush linens and towels. So clean! Loved being able to walk into town to Pier with all the shops, restaurants and museums. Condo complex very peaceful and quiet. Communication with hosts was great. Highly recommend this condo while staying in St. Simon. We will definitely be back for another stay!

We loved everything about this condo. The location is excellent, walking distance to the restaurants and shops. My husband liked the covered parking! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed (and more). It’s beautifully decorated and the owners were wonderful. We’re already trying to plan a return trip. Relatively short stay for a golf tournament in the area but the location was ideal to tournament location and the restaurants downtown. Property owner actively responded to inquiries and the condition of the property was top-notch and would highly recommend staying at the location

The condo is in a beautiful, quiet setting and offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and coastal charm.
The space was clean, tastefully decorated and included all of the amenities one could need.
The location of the condo was ideal for exploring St. Simons Island. Situated in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and dining options. Our favorite activity was biking to the pier to watch the dolphins playing in the water.
Booking was easy and we would definitely stay here again!

WOW! WOW!! WOW!!! We've traveled to many destinations and have had wonderful stays at a lot of places and it's a pleasure to share this one ranks right up at the top! Our family had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful, gated community for our trip to the GA/FL Game. It is perfectly located with a short walk to the pier/beach/village with boutique shopping and great dining. This condo is super clean, updated & tastefully decorated with beautiful cottage-style decor and a well stocked kitchen! We love to cook and everything we needed was there! Super open, airy floor plan, quiet complex and super close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants & more! Whenever headed back to St. Simons, we will DEFINITELY plan on staying here again! Thank you for such a great place to stay and to make great, new memories!

Wow! Our family fell in love with St. Simons, and this home is the perfect location to walk to so many wonderful restaurants, shopping, lighthouse, ocean, pier, park, and many more places of interest. The gated community is very secure and peaceful, and the home was very clean and welcoming. The open floorplan, cozy sitting/sunroom, huge breakfast bar, and well stocked kitchen made family time so enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of linens and toiletries. Also, the hosts were great in getting us all the information (Wi-Fi password, gate codes, door codes, etc.) we needed to come right in and make ourselves at home. We can’t wait to visit St. Simons again and will definitely book our future stays in this home.

I’m always hesitant to book a new listing without reviews, but after emailing with the owners, decided to give it a chance. What a great call on our part! The condo was decorated so well… beachy but not tacky. Comfortable beds, lots of blankets and pillows, tons of bath towels, coffee pods, totally updated inside. Host communication was amazing, instructions were clear, and the location was so close to Pier Village where there are tons of restaurants and shops. The condo was so quiet so we could sleep peacefully. We hesitate to leave such a good review because we want to keep this place to ourselves for our next visit.
