Further out to sea, there are regular movements of commercial ships in Falmouth Bay either sheltering from a storm or bunkering for fuel. The apartment itself has a spacious sun lounge, a small Balcony with a table and chairs, three well-proportioned bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen plus two bathrooms and another separate WC.

St Mawes is one of the most exclusive traditional villages in the Country, with a wealth of activities within close reach. Historic Castles from the era of Henry VIII, glistening blue waters, bustling beaches, Cornish Pubs, award-winning restaurants, amazing coastal walks, ferries to different locations, little motor boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards, all available for rental. (During the season) The Roseland peninsula has a huge variety of places to explore, there are many beaches, some with golden sands, some with shingle, all with a splattering of rock pools, there are secluded coves, towering cliffs, and the famous lighthouse at St Anthony. ( Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is well worth a visit, as is Veryan. with its famous round houses.

Accommodation
Second Floor Only. Enter into the hallway leading to a double flight of stairs with a stunning mural and seaside-themed display. The main door leads to the apartment hallway. From the hallway leads to the master bedroom with 4'6" Double bed and fully fitted wardrobes. Heading back down the hallway you will find another bedroom fitted out with a double 3' Bunk enough to accommodate four children and also has a wardrobe and dressing table. Further down the hallway there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk in shower, there is also a separate WC and hand basin. Next you will find a double bedroom with a 4'6" double bed and a dressing table. Across the hallway is the Kitchen with fully fitted units and appliances as well as a kitchen table and chairs and an open double doorway to the living/dining room with large dining table, two large double sofas plus arm chairs and unbelievable views of the harbour. There is also a flat screen TV and an electric fire.
Outside: There is a door from the living room out to a small balcony with enough room for a couple of chairs.
