The living room is your personal home theater, complete with a Sonos Surround sound system, a 65" Samsung TV, and Apple TV access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and ESPN+. For your culinary endeavors, the kitchen offers a Samsung gas range, a Nespresso machine, and a Samsung refrigerator with an additional seperate automatic ice machine that ensures you never run out of ice.
The dining area accommodates ten guests comfortably and serves as the heart of the home, while the bar area caters to your cocktail needs, featuring a variety of glasses, a champagne ice bucket, cocktail bar books, and a complete bar kit.
Each bedroom boasts a Samsung smart TV and luxurious, plush beds. With a primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed, the Pink room offering two double beds, the dream room providing two twin beds, and the red disco room featuring a trundle with two twin beds, we cater to various sleeping arrangements.
Entertainment abounds in the Red room, an enticing nightclub-like space with '70s eclectic decor and a disco ball. The Greenroom is a game enthusiast's paradise, complete with a pool table, ping pong topper, Samsung TV, and vintage arcade games.
Step outside into your private oasis. The backyard boasts a pool with a shallow entry, a cocktail table, and an umbrella for ultimate relaxation. The spa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and features a waterfall into the pool. Enjoy the color-changing lights and make use of the propane BBQ for outdoor cooking.
