Condo #302 is THE top floor, corner unit and will become a favorite place to stay. Professionally decorated and furnished in a clean, Scandinavian style with custom art and decor. Massive windows bring light and views of town, Lake Pend Oreille and surrounding mountains. Two large bedrooms, each with King beds and luxury linens.
The kitchen is fully appointed with GE Cafe appliances, Quartz countertops, Breville coffeemaker and all the little things that are important (sharp knives, good cookware, spices and flour/sugar). Samsung Frame TV and Bose soundbar with YouTubeTV provided, allows you to enjoy art, music and watch the game or news too. Fiber internet is fast and fabulous. Private covered deck off the living area.
Head to the rooftop and enjoy the large hot tub, fire table, BBQs, and outdoor TV. A perfect place to relax and be surrounded by views and ONLY available to condo owners and their guests. Secure building with private elevator and 2 car garage.

Great experience, wonderful place

Perfect location to enjoy everything that Sandpoint has to offer. Walking distance to the downtown shops & restaurants. The condo was beautiful! Loved the rooftop hot tub! Had an amazing view. The 2 car garage was very nice to park our cars in for the long weekend. We would definitely rent again sometime.

This was a very cool modern penthouse style condo right in downtown Sand Point. Walking distance to restaurants downtown. Very clean. Even the Property management company had cute boxes of amenities like soap, shampoo, laundry soap. My husband and I loved going to the roof top to the jacuzzi under the stars where no one could see us. I would say this is a definate for next time we are in Sand Point
