4 suites separated into two independent modules and a separate social area with 96m², in a wooded area with native garden and fruit plants on a 2,000m² plot, 156m² of deck and 375.60m² of built area.
Building designed to integrate with native vegetation, allowing to live with nature. Live two environments in a single day: Atlantic rainforest and beach.

Cleaning Fee R $ 200
Any damages will be paid at checkout. Payment for any damage will be made on the day of the checkout, under penalty of a 100% fine on the amount calculated, in addition to costs of attorney and notary prostitution for the purpose of negativity in all credit agencies.
House Rules
An additional fee of R US$ 150 dólares will be for charged per guest a day exceeding the limit of 10 people. This value is negotiable with the host. Under no circumstances will the presence of more than 14 people be admitted to the property.
Beautiful and functional architecture, fully integrated with the nature of the place (Atlantic Forest). Division into modules, which allows total privacy in access and coexistence in environments. Large, bright and ventilated environments.
Feeling of being in the middle of the native forest, being 150m from the beach. Great beach structures at 400 / 600m (Stella del Mare, Sting Praia Bar, Rigatoni and Corujão, close enough to walk, far enough away not to be disturbed. Sorella Bakery at 150 m, Mercado Pilão at 250 m. Araçaipe Beach, deserted, without beach structures, 150m. Fisherman's beach 800m.
3 minutes by car to the center, 20 minutes on foot.
Public transport 70 m to Porto Seguro, Centro de Arraial, Trancoso and Caraíva.
Daily house cleaning service and a private chef is available and charged separately. The electric bill is also charged separately at BRL 0.80/kWh.
