The house was very nice to stay in. Beds were kind of hard but the place was very clean. Only complaint was the back bedroom was very cold. Its an older home and it is winter but maybe an electric fireplace would help keep it toastier. The welcoming snacks were thoughtful. Pretty centrally loacted, street parking but never had an issue with our two vehicles.

This house was so cute and well thought out with all amenities. We loved the two full bathrooms, 3 bedroom concept. Thoughtful touches like pet bowls, Brita water filter in fridge, snacks, coffee, etc were all very appreciated. Visited in June so weather was hot. The house took a while to cool down. We did buy a fan for the master bedroom as there are no ceiling fans in home and lots of natural light. We had no issues with location but I will say we saw quite a few people who looked homeless wandering the neighborhood in the daytime. That being said, the neighborhood has gone through a lot of revitalization and has a lot to offer with restaurants, etc. We did have a grocery order plus an Amazon order delivered while we were there with no issues. Only two things I thought this house needed was 1) a fan or two 2.) first aid kit. We would stay here again.

Our family shared the house with another family (5 of us total) while our daughters played in a volleyball tournament in Louisville. The house was just the right size, very clean, nicely decorated, and had all we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the drive to Louisville was short and easy. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The home baked goodies were a nice touch along with the snacks available for us.

The whole time we stayed here, my friends went on and on about how cute the house was! For our purposes, we especially enjoyed having a living room with a lot of sitting, a large TV, and connected to the kitchen with a bar area! The hosts loaded up the house with snacks, sweets, books, games, and all the other little things we didn't realize we needed. If I need a place to stay in New Albany again, this will be my go-to!

Upon arrival to the property, communication was perfect with my host. When entering, it was very welcoming with homemade treats and generous gifts and snacks. Such a lovely touch with integrating host favorites in the home suggestions for local spots. Nicely appointed, and I love the above, and beyond the host went With care and quality. Such a perfect spot and very warming atmosphere both in the home and neighborhood. Loved the walking distance as well to some convenient spots and eating. I would absolutely stay here on every trip I have to the area. Definitely recommend!!!
