Front patio for your morning coffee and rear patio/deck for your evening BBQs and cozy fire with all the coastal ambiance. Both patio areas offer a delightful outdoor setting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Outside shower to wash off the sand.
Includes Two Bikes, Two Paddleboards, surfboard, beach chairs and umbrella.
Inside, the living room features a comfortable sofa and chairs to relax and indulge in your favorite shows and movies on the 55-inch smart TV, equipped with popular streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Apple TV Plus.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with cooking utensils, a microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, coffee maker, and a full refrigerator. Fully stocked spices and other essentials. Gather around the dining room table, which can seat up to four people, to enjoy delicious meals. If you need to catch up on work, take advantage of the dedicated workstation available in the dining area.
The bathroom offers a stand-up shower for a refreshing bathing experience. It is stocked with essential amenities to enhance your stay. You'll find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, providing convenience and ensuring a refreshing bathing experience. We've taken care to provide these essentials, so you can pack lighter and have more space for your belongings. Rest assured that all the necessary bathroom amenities are readily available for your comfort and convenience during your stay.
In one bedroom, you'll find a luxurious queen-size bed adorned with high-quality linens and blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating sleep. Watch your favorite shows on the 50-inch smart TV, equipped with an Amazon Firestick and various streaming media services.
The second bedroom offers two twin trundle beds with plenty of room for a work space if needed adorned with plush linens. It offers a tranquil space for a restful night's sleep. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this comfortable second bedroom provides an ideal retreat for a rejuvenating stay.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay. Upon arrival, the Guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify Identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing management - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc. - Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am, no Patio access after 10 pm. - Overnight/Nighttime Occupancy 4 people. (10 pm - 7 am) - Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 6 people without written consent from management. -Parking for 1 vehicle inside of our attached garage is available. Compact vehicles are recommended. - You are renting a single family home with 1 level and have access to the entire house. -This home has a 3-step threshold to enter the front and rear of the home. Fireplace/Fire-pit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason - Children Must Be supervised at all times. 30 day Rental.
