Indulge in the coastal charm of our air-conditioned Kings Beach apartment, where every day begins and ends with the soothing sights of Kings Beach and beyond. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious pool, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Watch the sunrise over the Kings Beach horizon from your private balcony overlooking Kings Beach or watch the sunset from the second large balcony at the rear overlooking glasshouse mountains.

This apartment (Apartment B) can also be booked with the apartment next door (Apartment A - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom).
Dive into a world of seaside comfort and serenity, where the ocean's beauty becomes your everyday backdrop. Just 400 meters away from the patrolled waters of Kings Beach, this apartment is perfectly positioned for a seaside staycation. Spend your days exploring the rocky headlands, surfing, fishing or swimming before heading downtown to experience Caloundra’s great food and nightlife at the local restaurants and venues.
Characterised by a coastal charm, the apartment boasts convenience and comfort with its light and bright layout, three comfortable bedrooms, and its generous balcony and outdoor entertaining area. As you enter the apartment, the first thing you will notice is the beautiful ocean views that provide the ultimate backdrop for the kitchen and living space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and stocked full of utensils and appliances.
The living space contains a large dining table perfect to gather with friends or family as well as a large, smart TV and a comfortable couch. The open-plan living and kitchen area further expands to your private balcony fit with an outdoor couch to enjoy a cocktail or two with a view.
Open plan living:
Kitchen: Plenty of utensils and appliances, an oven, microwave, coffee machine and large fridge.
Dining: Indoor dining table seats eight and the outdoor dining table seats six.
Lounge room: Comfortable couch and smart TV with applications such as Netflix.
Master/Bedroom one: Queen-sized bed, ensuite, wardrobe, ceiling fan
Ensuite: Shower, toilet, and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet, and vanity.
There is also a second private patio found out the back of the apartment. This outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with its distant view of the Glass House Mountains.

Guest Access:
The apartment is accessed via the lift. Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with one space to park in the undercover garage. Please note this park is small, so street parking may be necessary for some vehicles. There is also free street parking available.
This apartment (Apartment B) can also be booked with the apartment next door (Apartment A - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom). Please reach out to us if you would like to book both apartments simultaneously.
The apartment complex has a shared BBQ and pool area for guests to use.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet street, position and convenience are at your doorstep. With Kings beach just a 7-minute walk away (400 metres), you can enjoy a convenient coastal lifestyle. Within moments you'll be enjoying the café culture along the the esplanade of Bulcock Street, or a short drive will take you to many local beaches such as Moffat, Dicky and Shelley Beach.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
