Inside, you'll find a full kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a table for two. The main living area features a king bed, a 55" Roku TV with Spectrum cable (via the Spectrum app), and a cozy gas fireplace. A sliding door opens to a covered patio with an outdoor sofa. The condo includes a full bath with a shower/tub combo, a mini-split for heating and cooling, and an in-unit combo washer/dryer for your convenience.

Walking is another great option, with Holiday Valley’s Sunrise Lift just 0.4 miles (a 9-minute walk) away and the village less than a mile from the property. For added convenience, Holiday Valley provides a shuttle service to the main lodge. To arrange a ride, call (716) 699-2345.
Whether walking, biking, or using the resort’s shuttle, getting around from this condo is simple and convenient.
Other Things to Note:
There is a 120V outlet accessible from the parking lot for charging electric vehicles. The condo includes two bikes that you can use to travel to and from Holiday Valley Resort (pools, bar, and restaurant) and the village. Please enjoy the bikes, and remember to return and lock them up when you're finished.
