These are luxury brand new homes so we do NOT rent to school groups or chaperoned groups! You must be 25 or older.
This exquisite brand-new build is primely located just off Scenic Highway 98 across from Miramar Regional Beach Access. Both the second and third levels are layered in clean lines with subtle touches of lavishness throughout each of the 9 rooms with private en-suites.
Roomy sun decks at each of these levels look out to the sunset horizon over the water or enjoy the spacious and secluded backyard with a show stopping pool and 6x6 cascading waterfall hot tub framed in with a six-foot privacy fence. The ideal location in Miramar Beach, proximity to beach access, dining, and entertainment options all within short walking distance make this home spectacular inside and out!
