Nestled on 2 acres in the DFW metroplex, Alpaca Landing is THE place to stay during your visit to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Just 6 minutes from Grapevine Lake and boat launch at Twin Coves Park and conveniently located near many popular destinations, shopping and entertainment, you will find your stay (for up to 12 people) relaxing and unique. Wake up to a cup of coffee on the front porch overlooking the alpaca herd and amazing sunrise. Settle in for the night next to the fire on the private, covered back patio or get in a game of corn hole.
Separate, dedicated game house with pool table, fusball, ping pong, old school arcade game and full bathroom. Plenty of off-street, private parking including boat and RV (no hookup) parking. Televisions in main living room and all bedrooms with Sling TV provided. Bluetooth speakers in game house and main house to play your favorite streaming music.
A short 20 minutes to DFW Airport, The Gaylord and Great Wolf Lodge…35 minutes to Dallas, 40 minutes to the ballparks and 45 minutes to The Stockyards in Fort Worth. Don’t forget to schedule your alpaca feeding (included in booking) during your stay!

Where do we start?! Super comfortable and clean house with everything you need. There is an amazing patio where we are breakfast every morning, a front porch where I enjoyed the sunrises while watching the alpacas and bunnies. We got to feed the alpacas two mornings which was one highlight. Another highlights was the recreation room where we could play foosball, ping pong, pool and more! All in all it was one of the nicest home rentals we’ve ever been in and we will return if we are ever in the Dallas area again.

Alpaca Landing is an amazing rental. Everything was just as described. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and excellent communicators. Our stay was top notch and we enjoyed feeding the alpacas, too! Highly recommend and look forward to futire stays!

We loved this place and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house was very clean, cozy, and had tons of space. Far enough from neighbors that we didn’t have to worry about our kids getting loud. The game room was an awesome bonus and kept the kids entertained. It had most basic necessities provided. The only negative, which wasn’t a big deal, was that the game room bathroom had quite a bit of spiderwebs and a little hair in the shower drain. It just seemed as though that room isn’t often used, not a dealbreaker at all. Would love to stay here again! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!

The house was amazing and the separate game room was so cool. Kids loved feeding the alpacas and Sean was very easy to communicate with for any reason. I absolutely recommend staying here

We needed a weekend place to stay while visiting family and we could not have found a better place! The home was clean and well appointed. The living area is downstairs while all bedrooms are upstairs. Large covered patio with fire pit. Game room was a huge hit! Ping pong, pool table, above door basketball hoop and more! The owners were responsive and met up with us and allowed us to hand feed the beautiful alpacas! Amazing experience!

My group had a great time at the property. Kids enjoyed the game room, adults enjoyed the back patio. Feeding the Alpacas was a fun experience. We had an issue or two with the property, but it was very quickly resolved by the owner. I have nothing negative to say about this property.

I rented this property for a work retreat with my staff. I loved the idea that we could relax, play games and feed the precious alpacas. The home is beautifully decorated. The game room is fantastic. The experience of getting to know the owners while hanging with the alpacas was so special. We absolutely loved it here and didn't want to leave.

We were here to work in Flower Mound. The home was very clean. Very peaceful. Very comfortable. Owners were accommodating. Alpacas were cute, especially the baby.

The property and house are very well kept and the hosts are terrific. The house is spacious. We had 11 people in our group and never felt crowded. The game room and large backyard was a big hit with the kids. They also loved feeding the alpacas. Sean and Melanie genuinely care about the animals and are very knowledgeable about them. They are hands down the best hosts. A+ all the way around. We'll definitely be back

Alpaca landing is such a special place. We visited here for a mom’s weekend and the property was so peaceful and cozy. Upon entering the house, we could tell that so much thought went into each and every detail of the house. The icing on the cake was getting to feed the alpacas. Such a fun experience! Sean and Melanie were kind and very accommodating! We’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. I hope we’re able to stay here again in the future!

We had 8 of us in this wonderful house. The outside spaces are perfect for gatherings and everything was well appointed. The hosts are very charming and they thoughtfully dropped off wine glasses for us after I mentioned not having any. They went above and beyond- highly recommend!

We had the best time and the property was so perfect. It’s our new go to place when visiting family in DFW. Everything was clean and organized to my OCD dreams 😂 The owner was extremely nice and so helpful/communicative. We can’t wait to go back and see the sweet Alpacas again!!

I would give this property and hosts 10 stars if I could. Beautiful house, expansive yard, stacked game room, adorable alpacas - which we had a great time watching and feeding. Nice area close to airport and activities. Hosts were excellent - super friendly with easy check-in and check-out. One of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had! Highly, highly recommend.

The Home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Had a large group and it was the perfect space to host friends for the weekend. The communication with the host was very clear and professional. A time was set up for us to feed the alpaca. The host guided us through the process with ease. I will FOREVER talk highly of this place and my experience! I will be a return guest. BOOK IT!

The property is setup to support multiple venues with space and amenities to host a party or just relax with family and friends. Alpacas were specially great to have the grandkids visit and feed. The owners are amazing, they always found time to allow the grandkids to feed the alpacas numerous times. The game room is great for adults to play games. Overall we will be repeat customers, many of our friends will be reserving this property. Thank you for making our experience a great one.

Immediate family stayed at house many days surrounding one day for extended family to visit. Perfect venue to allow for many conversations in different rooms, outside, and the detached game room. Hosts were very accommodating to time alpaca feedings with visitors. Thanks Sean and Melanie for the time and care you have put into the home. This property was beautiful. They made sure there were plenty of towels and linens available which were all extremely soft. The attention to the minor details is what I appreciated the most! If we have a reason to come back to this area we will definitely book here again! Spectacular!

This property is just so cozy and so cute. We had a great time enjoying the thoughtfully stocked and decorated home with a view of the most adorable alpacas! Our hosts were so kind, very responsive, and easy to interact with. We had a fantastic time! Can’t wait to visit again.

Our family was very comfortable and happy to stay at this "Piece of Country". It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The game house was an extra bonus for our family to come together and of course the Alpaca's were so cute to watch every morning. An excellent choice and we would love to come back and stay again!
