VILLA PALMS

This stunning seven-bedroom villa has been beautifully decorated by a renowned local interior designer with a modern design and elegant touches to create a luxurious and inviting atmosphere for guests. The living and dining areas are clean and open, providing a seamless flow between spaces and offering views of the swimming pool and the La Romana Country Club Golf Course. The large living room is a perfect place to relax and socialize, while the formal dining room can comfortably seat up to twenty guests, making it ideal for hosting grand gatherings or special occasions.

The villa features a terrace with a unique wooden table for outdoor dining that can accommodate eight guests, a study equipped with a large LCD TV, and a surround music system. The master bedroom, located on the second level, is large and luxurious, featuring a private study area. The remaining guest bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, each offering its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning for added convenience.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals, and an outdoor gazebo adds to the villa’s charm, providing a bar, sitting area, and BBQ facilities. This creates a perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and dining.

TRAVEL INFO
* RESORT FEE: $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive a membership card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc.
* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
