About this house rental
Soak in the mountain views by the wood-burning fireplace from expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Enjoy the comforts of your home away from home with a recently updated kitchen boasting Viking appliances, granite and butcherblock countertops and a 70 smart TV. This home enjoys privacy and a large lot with two-car garage parking plus additional driveway parking. On the ground floor, youll find an oversized family room plus a full bathroom, complete with glass and tile features. The Den also includes a queen size sofa bed. On the main level, one bedroom has one queen bed and the other has 2 twins. These bathrooms share a dual vanity bathroom with updated fixtures. The tasteful touches continue upstairs as you walk through the meditation and reading area to the primary suite which has a queen bed, more expansive windows, and a built-in reading nook overlooking the stunning Martis Valley. This house does not have air conditioning.
