About this house rental
Nestled in the sought-after locality of Shoal Bay and only a 3-minute drive to the main street of Shoal Bay, this beautiful property offers a great relaxed lifestyle and is positioned between both Shoal Bay beach, Wreck beach, Zenith beach and Fingal Bay beach, all beaches offer swimming, stand up paddle boarding and surfing, Fingal Bay beach is also patrolled.
Shoal Bay has bustling restaurants, boutique shopping, and the famous Shoal Bay Country Club and Port Stephens Gamefish Club. Nelson Bay is only 7- minutes’ drive, Nelson Bay also offers an array of dining, bars, boutique shopping and Nelson Bay foreshore where you will find all the water sports activities such as Dolphin and Whale watching and dinner cruises.
The duplex is spread over two levels and has been recently renovated and provides unlimited Wi-Fi, Travel Cot, and Highchair.
On entry there is an open plan living area with a large Smart TV and kitchenette fitted with a sink and bar fridge, the perfect area for the children to play and be entertained. Also located on the ground floor are two bedrooms and renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, the bathroom also provides a front loader washing machine and dryer for guests’ convenience.
Upstairs takes you to the open plan, stylish living area with comfortable furnishings throughout, large Smart TV, split system air conditioner and dining facilities which opens out onto the balcony where you can sit back and relax in the egg chair or cook up a storm on BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, under bench oven, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and Smeg Lavazza Coffee pod machine. Two large bedrooms both with Queen Beds and a beautiful renovated main bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
The property provides two car spaces and a great enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining for eight guests and fire pit (BYO timber).
