The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. Our only surprise was that the house doesn’t have air conditioning. It’s our fault for not noting that it isn’t listed in the amenities, but nevertheless we were surprised. Our stay was in August and if not for some thunderstorms, it would have been pretty uncomfortable due to the indoor temperatures. There is a small window unit inside the house, but all of the heat removed from the air is vented back into the house since the vent is inside the house. Would definitely stay again in cooler months.

We stayed overnight on our way home from Colorado. We have never seen or stayed in a home of this style or decor before. I liked the architecture, especially the front porch. The furnishings were unique and plentyfull. We did not use the kitchen, so can't speak to the it's potential. The biggest drawback was that there was no Air Conditioning. (Host said it was stated in the description that the house had no A/C, but I did see this) House was 78 degrees and we opened windows and doors to try bring down the temperature. The host had plenty of fans in bedrooms. The other thing was sheer curtains over the shower window and bathroom window, my wife hung a towel over the window in the shower. The location would be steller if it didn't sit next to a freeway. Sitting on the front porch in the evening was nice anyway.
