The entire property has undergone a complete renovation by renowned developer ''Benecki homes of Atlanta'' and the interiors are designed by award winning Melanie Turner Interiors. The Tuscan style kitchen is a chef's dream, with classic inlaid mosaic floor tiles, and high-end appliances from Wolf and Sub Zero.
All the bathrooms in this home feature custom cabinetry by Karpathy of Atlanta, and the floors and walls are wrapped in fine marble. Bath features by "Waterworks" add an extra touch of luxury to this already stunning property.
Step outside onto the Gulf-side screened-in porch, with natural stone floors, plush seating, and the sounds of the waves behind you. The IPE decking wraps around one side of the home, leading to the heated pool making it the perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing. Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
