For relaxation and beach activities, you can visit Cosmy (10 minutes), the town of Trinité (8 minutes), Anse à Zéro (10 minutes), or the various beaches of the Caravelle peninsula (15 minutes).
It's a magnificent property, secluded and tranquil, with beautiful finishes on a 1589m2 plot in a less frequented area of Trinité, just 4 minutes by car from the Louis Domergue Hospital Center.
The property is independent and divided into 2 houses:
The main house of 300m2 comprises a spacious living room opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two with an en suite bathroom with toilet), an independent shower room with toilet, a dressing room, a laundry room, a wellness area with a massage table and sauna, a mezzanine converted into an office, a terrace, and a swimming pool.
Located about twenty meters away, the second villa accommodates:
An annex of 120m2 consisting of a large living space, a bedroom, a shower room, and a private terrace. A pathway surrounding the property allows you to enjoy the flowers and fruit trees. A carbet overlooking the pool allows for barbecue gatherings.
This home is a haven of peace due to its geographical location and the luxury it offers. The quality furniture and amenities make it an exceptional property. The sauna with its massage table, the health trail, and the thatched huts will entice you during your relaxation times. The house is surrounded by a large fruit park with a concrete health trail and enjoys a stunning view of the Carbet peaks. A hiking trail is at the property's doorstep in a non-buildable wooded area.
