On 20 acres of private land, a beachfront 5-bedroom villa with beach access, a gym, tennis and basket ball courts, pool tables, and table tennis is located at a location called “Pyrgos” or “Pyrgaki” in Dryos village, Paros Island.
The villa offers panoramic and unobstructed sea views towards Naxos, Irakleia, Ios, Sikinos, and Folegandros.
A beachfront 5-bedroom villa with a semi-private beach, gym, tennis, and basket ball courts on a 20-acre cape at a location called “Pyrgos” or “Pyrgaki” in Dryos village
The villa is a 20-minute drive from Paros Airport and a 30-minute drive from the port.
The Martineli Residence dominates the cape under the same name at this unique and exclusive spot on the island.
This residence, built with love and special care, is ideal for families or groups of friends, for both summer and winter.
Martineli Residence is surrounded by verandas covering a total area of 400 sq. m. with seating and dining areas.
There are three houses with a panoramic sea view, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, an independent and fully equipped maid’s room, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and central heating throughout, access to the internet, a TV (sat/cable), video, DVD, CD, and radio.
A playroom with two billiards/pool tables (American-Frence), fully equipped fitness room, and ping-pong
Outside, next to the kitchen, there is a BBQ area and a traditional wood-burning oven.
For the athletic kind, the villa offers a modern lighted tennis court with a canon and warming-up wall, exclusive changing rooms, and a single basketball court.
Last but not least, a sandy, semi-private beach is only a few steps from the villa.
Amenities ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay include technical assistance for every need as well as a chambermaid.
Optionally, a cook is provided for all meals using traditional Greek cuisine and fresh local produce; you can also taste the excellent wine and the unique “Tsipouro” we make ourselves every year with extra care and affection.
What would a vacation on a Cycladic island be, though, if it did not include fresh fish and sea food? The visitor can savor them too if he so wishes.
