Located in the popular seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast, Belle Vue is a beautifully decorated holiday home with plenty of style. Sleeping up to six guests, this renovated Victorian property boasts three spacious bedrooms, one modern bathroom, an enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating, an open plan kitchen diner, and a cosy lounge. Perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends, Belle Vue will tick all of the right boxes.
The Space:
With lots of natural light flooding the property, Belle Vue is bright and welcoming. Light walls and neutral coloured furniture create a sophisticated and calming look throughout.
Upon entering the house, you’ll be welcomed into an airy hallway which maintains original Victorian features.
Take the door to the left and you’ll enter the living room. With beige chaise lounge style sofas, two chairs and a flat screen TV, this is the ideal spot to retreat with your loved ones and relax.
Continue next door and you’ll find the open plan kitchen diner. Both practical and stylish, the kitchen has high shine, white cabinets and modern appliances. You can make use of the dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and toaster during your stay. Enjoy your homemade meals at the dining area which includes a modern wood table with black metal legs, two benches and light brown leather chairs.
The French doors open out into the enclosed courtyard which has a paved area and outdoor dining furniture. A perfect place to relax, children and dogs can play in this area and families can gather for alfresco meals.
Back inside, you’ll find a downstairs WC which is an added bonus for guests.
Ultra relaxing, the master bedroom features a comfy zip & link king size bed with premium linens and a tall wardrobe.
You’ll find two further bedrooms at Belle Vue. Both bedrooms boast calming neutral tones and an all-round tranquil feel. One bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, and the second bedroom is perfect for younger ones or teens as it features a twin single bunkbed.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a sleek, modern suite. Enjoy a soak in the large bathtub which also features an overhead shower. The space is complete with a wash basin and WC.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-street parking is available around Saltburn on a first come, first served basis.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Belle Vue per reservation.

Belle Vue is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.
Located in the heart of the town, the property is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!
Getting Around:
Belle Vue is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington, York, Leeds, Huddersfield and Manchester.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
