Summary:
Villa Selva is a magnificent stone-clad family villa nestled in the serene countryside at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain range, just a stone’s throw away from the charming town of Selva. This villa spans two floors and has undergone a partial refurbishment in 2019, including the transformation of the internal staircase and the converting the seven-bedroom villa into one unified space, now accommodating up to fourteen guests.

The Space:
On the ground floor, there is a spacious family kitchen equipped with all amenities you need such as a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The also has an inviting L-shaped lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating, wifi, and a smart TV. Additionally, the ground floor features three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), accompanied by three bathrooms. A large bathroom with a bathtub is conveniently located off the lounge area. Access the sleeping area to find two bedrooms, one twin, and a further full bathroom. The ground floor is completed with a double bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room.

The interior staircase leads to the first floor, where a welcoming seating area and a pool table await. Here, you’ll find five additional bedrooms – one double and four twins, each boasting its own en-suite shower room. The spacious double bedroom at the end of the hallway features a king-size bed, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort.



Step outside to the inviting heated pool, available on request with an additional cost during April, May, and October. Ample terrace space surrounds the pool, and a covered terrace with dining tables and sofas offers the perfect setting for al fresco gatherings. .
