This is our second time staying

I feel cheated, u call it Nobu hotel. Its a dump. Old rooms, old hotel, snooty staff. Broken furniture. I paid $600 for this garbage room. Not worth more than $150

This really should not be listed on Expedia as a 5 star property. The ‘Nobu areas’ of Cesaers were closed. There was no telephone in our hotel room, a first for me! The 3 times I went to the Nobu reception desk there was no one there or it was closed. On arrival they claimed I had not purchased a later check out, so we went to check out at the regular time - to then find out we had been charged for the late check out that we hadn’t arranged.
We travel ALOT to various hotels around the world this is a very long way from a 5 star property

For the amount of money I payed for one night you would think it would be comparable to a 4 seasons. The property was recently renovated and they had old dressers in the room that must have been the same ones from prior to remodeling. Shower pressure weak, You could hear the nightclub next door through the windows all day/ night. When I walked to the spa on 4th floor it was like walking through a basement corridor. When I tried to check out at 9 am there wasn't even a person at the desk. This place is pathetic and the biggest ripoff I've ever seen. NOBU Hotel what a disgrace

Did not like you had to pay extra to use the pool.

The first desk employee at Nobu was very hostile and rude when our room wasn’t ready after 4pm. We went back to the desk at 5:10pm to request a room at Caesar’s since Nobu wasn’t ready and a much kinder desk employee (Claudjia Mitchell) explained the entire situation for the delay and gave us a suite immediately. Had it not been for the first, hostile employee it would have been 5 stars

I was so excited to stay in the Nobu section of this hotel and when I showed up at 8pm I was told I didn’t have a room available. I was so disappointed. I stayed here intentionally knowing I had a large commute the next morning. I was with a friend and her room was ready with no issues. I was given a regular room in the Caesar side. It was not a terrible room and had I not been planning on the Nobu room I wouldn’t be upset. It was a nice room. Just not what I booked. Not what I paid for.

Front desk staff was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Rooms had obvious signs of aging

Hotel is nice and clean being at the top floors of the Caesars with access to the boardwalk and all facilities. In terms of facilities and amenities it is not family friendly as the pool was only for age 21 and no restaurants with buffet (only set menus).

Hotel was quite, clean and had a great view. Only problem was long walk to your room with luggage.

I had high expectations for this hotel within a hotel and was very disappointed. Some of the furniture was broken, carpet did not seem clean, and just generally a very average room.

Check in was busy, but Cara was efficient and super friendly.. our room was beautiful, with panoramic views of the city, bay and ocean. It was also clean and wel-appointed. Nobu at Caesar’s is quickly becoming our go-to hotel while in Atlantic City.

The room was dirty. You could hear everything that was going on in the next room. The walls are very thin. The room was not ready at 4 o’clock as promised. The air conditioning didn’t work well.

Very nice. Great view from our room. Good restaurants. No pot smoke smell. Clean and freindly

Holes in the bedding, ruined & damaged room, rooms are not sound proof like they advertise so expect to be up all night line I was while the boardwalk parties go all night until 2am. Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel had a nice home feeling and very clean , I loved every moment

Nobu hotel is the top 3 floors of the centurion hotel in Caesar’s palace. While the rooms themselves are nice with an ocean view the rest of the experience is not as classy, very mediocre.

Was a little confusing trying to check in. My instructions were Nobu had a specific check in space from Caesars. When we arrived and walked into Caesars we see Check-in so we get in that line. Then we see a little sign above a door that says VIP and Nobu check in. So we get out of line and go to the other place to check in to get there and there's a sign saying closed. So now we're confused as to where to go. We end up back in the first check in line. Other than that the place was awesome.

Had a nice view. When we got to the room, there was something from chef Nobu that said here is your gift. There wasn’t one. Also, the people who checked in before us got a credit for parking and we didn’t. Overall, though we loved our stay.

Don’t waste your money! ALL amenities are shared with caesars palace, so why pay extra. You have to pay to swim and lounge chairs. The rooms are nothing grand, they removed the Caesar’s sign and smacked on a nobu sign. Waste of money for sure ! NEVER AGAIN !!!

My check in process was great I did early check-in and was updated regularly . The room was nice except the cheap furniture dresser that fell off and almost hit my husband toe. We called and they said they would fix it and that this was normal nothing to worry about. Overall stay was nice minus the broken drawer.

Lovely little section of Ceasars. Nobu has special rooms on a few of the floors of the casino's hotel. There is a separate check in area for Nobu. It was overall nothing that special just branded differently, however, it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.

Valet Parking was ridiculous, couldn’t find my car when it was time to leave, opened a drawer in the room, and the wood fell down and hit my girls leg.

The property is really nice. Many of the restaurants however were closed. For some reason, most of the fun things to do there were shutdown. Except gambling of course. Atlantic City itself is dirty, not all that safe to walk around in, and the Boardwalk stinks of marijuana. You hit clouds of it often while walking. The beach was kept clean.

Check in was quick and the desk clerk VERY courteous and helpful. The room/bed was comfortable and the towels were huge and plush. Shower was luxury. Only complaint was the glasses were dirty. They were on the counter in the bathroom and looked like they has been sprayed with hairspray or conditioners from previous guest and since they were not flipped over, they were not replaced with clean ones.

I thought the rooms were very spacious, clean and had great amenities. I liked that you had several food options to choose from. Great location to the outlets too.

Panoramic view is awesome. Room decor is just okay but saved by the panoramic view. Bathroom is updated and very nice EXCEPT barn door for the bathroom is literally 2inch too short in width leaving a gap on both sides of the door SOoooo someone can see you on the toilet!!! Really a bad DIY example of craftsmanship

This hotel doesn’t live up to the prestige and luxury of other Nobu establishments. Our room had a broken door and broken furniture inside. My stay didn’t meet my expectations.
2.0
The room had a bad odor something similar to raw seafood. There was a blood stain left on the sheet. A lot of hair left on the shower floor. The drawer panel on the long counter where the TV was stationed fell off.

Nobu met my expectation in cleanliness and good accommodation. I would recommend this place for your stay.

The room I booked was fully ocean view. However, when we checked in, they gave us a different room that was not fully ocean view. I spoke to the front desk at Nobu, and the staff member stated that it is not guaranteed to get the exact room booked online. She also promised to inform the manager about my complaint
