Möttes av en diskmaskin full med odiskad men blöt och illaluktande disk, diskmaskintabletten kvar i facket. Satte på diskmaskin ordentligt. Varsin usel kudde. Hård säng. Handdukar som luktade surt. TV som ej fungerade, no signal när man satte på den. Skrev ett meddelande om att få hjälp men fick inget svar. Fanns inga små skedar-teskedar. Ingen kökshandduk o ingen badrumsmatta. Ingen sänglampa, bara lampor i tak. Endast 1 köksstol. Ingen diskborste bara en väl använd svamp. I infon stod att det skulle finnas badrockar och bad/spa! inget fanns. Inte heller någon utsikt att tala om.
Det som var bra var det centrala läget och att det var tyst.

La cama doble, en realidad, eran dos camas pequeñas unidas por un sobrecolchón, y se separaban con los movimientos.
Además no se me informó de dónde podía tirar la basura.

TV was not connected. I was asked to carry out the trash but the key knob didn't work and the room for trash didn't open.

The location is good however the advertisement for the property is blatantly and intentionally deceptive and misleading.
They are fraudsters who blatantly have lied in their description of amenities, who don’t respond when you contact them with friendly questions about such and their photos are deceptive.
Firstly and I hope they amend this after my connect the first line of the advertisement advertises a spa bath while the bathroom is very basic with no bath whatsoever and more so with a horrible basic shower and is very ugly empty and sterile.
Secondly they advertise a double bed when the property was just two horrible single beds pushed together which have a big gap in the middle of them and were very uncomfortable. Impossible to share with another without feeling like a sad old married couple.
Thirdly it’s not particularly clean, there was toenails on the floor and the bedding smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and strong nasty laundry detergent.
The worst part is that I contacted them when I arrived with questions about the “spabath” amenity - eg, was it elsewhere in the apartment space? How do we get to it, have we been given a different property? And received no response. Since then I have been asking for a discount or contact so we can discuss as this is misleading advertisement both on the bed and the amenities.
I would steer clear of any of their properties as whomever runs these apartments is a deceptive fraudster who is exploiting customers with false information.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo ładna dzielnica blisko Hagi. Na wyposażeniu kuchni kuchni kilka talerzy, dwa kubki, szklanki , patelnia i garnek. Dobre ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem i ciepła woda. Stół, dwa wygodne fotele
Telewizor nie działa. Brak papieru toaletowego. Na wyposażeniu kuchni brak jakieś deski do krojenia oraz noża poza sztućcami. Łózko niestety nie jest podwójna a dwa pojedyncze złożone razem. W nocy jedna osoba wpadała w szczelinę.

L’emplacement était très pratique et nous avons tout fait à pied, la chambre était grande et bien équipée en électroménager
Le ménage n’était pas bien fait en arrivant (miettes et restes d’aliments sous la table…), certains équipements de base manquaient : tapis de bain, couverts (il n’y avait qu’un couteau pour deux…), vaisselle (pas de passoire, pas de verres…), pas de lumière de chevet, etc

It was very clean and in a very good location.
Nothing really except the bed I would have prefer the apartment should have a single bed for couple.

- Location is really good , you can easily visit Goteborg without taking transportation because the house is pretty close to everything.
- Washing machine has also a rapid wash program, very useful.
- Bed is very comfy
- Apartment is silent, only seagulls noises.
- Apartment has a right temperature, not cold.
- Not all windows have curtains , this is a problem especially during the summer season in Sweden cause you will have sun from 4 am in the apartment.
- There isn't a draining board for the dishes
- There isn't any box in the shower to put your soaps while showering, so you are forced to put them directly on the wet floor.
- No sugar/salt provided , the basics for an apartment...
- Bedlinen had some dirty spots
- Only one side of the bed have bedside table to put objects and phone charging during the night
- There weren't a shower carpet, so you basically walk with your wet feet or use your body towel to dry them..

L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien située à deux pas du centre, mais dans une rue calme.
Manque beaucoup d’éléments pour profiter pleinement du logement. (Pas de lessive mis à disposition, 1 seule tablette de lave-vaisselle, 2 serviettes, pas de tapis de sortie de douche, pas de torchon pour l’évier de la cuisine…) nous sommes restés 1 semaine, et nous voyageons en sac à dos, donc nous prévoyons pas de la lessive etc … dommage ! Je pense qu’un effort pourrait être fait également sur la propreté de l’appartement.

Position, price, and size
Everything in the house gave me the feeling that the owner/s wanted to save as much money as possible and it came off as stingy. There were just two rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher tablet per day, a tiny bottle of shampoo (no shower gel), and other stuff like that. But the craziest part was that the apartment had a washing machine but no detergent. They expect guests to buy that extra only to throw it away as soon as they leave. Why don't they provide detergent for guests? The costs for this would be minuscule for the owner and make a huge difference for the guests.
Another thing that bothered me was that they had only one very small pillow per guest. I don't understand why they didn't just give us regular-sized pillows. The house manager also took very long to answer my messages.
Finally, in our apartment, there was a big cardboard with some furniture inside which was very annoying because it prevented us from fully opening the balcony window.

Lite dåligt städat på golvet. Fick köpa toapapper då det inte räckte med det som fanns och jag inte fick svar från värden om man kunde få/hämta mer någonstans i huset.

Bra läge, fint rum med väl tilltagna ytor. Fräscht badrum. Gatuliv med uteserveringar alldeles utanför.
Fick inget incheckningsmail med uppgifter om koder och nummer på rummet, det skulle ha skickats ut samma dag som incheckning.Ringde angivet nummer och då fick vi info.

Bra läge men inte värt det trots det
Har typ aldrig varit med om något mer ohygieniskt boende. Lägenheten var inte städad, smutsiga ytor, låg ett par trosor under sängen, sängkläderna hade fläckar och flera personers hår i sängen (tydligen inte renbäddat utan endast bäddat). Husvärden sa att dom hade åtgärdat det. När jag kom tillbaka så hade någon varit där och städat ytorna men sängkläderna var fortfarande smutsiga, så äckligt. När jag återkopplade detta till husvärden fick jag inte ens ett svar tillbaka, ursäkt eller kompensation. Otroligt besviken.

Läget och platsen var bra. Nära till Centrum och med ganska bra vägtrafik.
Tiden för att checka ut är mycket tidig! Mellan kl.11 eller kl.12 kan vara lagom tycker vi. Sängar flyttade på sig, man var tvungen att sätta ihop dem då och då, mycket instabil. De verkar glida på golvet efter man lägger sig och/ eller byter till att sova vid sidan. ( Obekväm för ett par) Vi var alltid rädda om att hamna på golvet mellan båda sängar vid varje rörelse😁

Bedlinen was not changed since previous guest! Dirt and lots of hair on sheets, mattress, covers.
Discovered it late at night when I went to bed- no time to get help and from others feedback- host is not available anyways. I slept on top of the bed to minimise contact.
Room was not cleaned- dirt, hair and dust on the floor, on the tables and counter. A lot of hairs in the shower. Most of the lights were not working, that way you do not notice the dirt/mess at first..
No bedside table lamp.
Extremly hot, no ventilation.
Kitchen fan did not work.
No kitchen towels.

Omöjligt att få kontakt med värden när vi påtalade att TVn inte fungerade på grund av att kabel saknades både för el och och TV-signal. Inget svar varken på telefon eller meddelande i appen. Det fanns bara en djup tallrik, ingen osthyvel och ingen skärbräda. Något hårda sängar.

The location, ease of accessing the property. It was nice to have a fridge and an option of a washing machine if needed.
A microwave would have been useful too.
I would have preferred to check out a little later if there was an option to do so.
I had to hold the kettle until the water had boiled.
We had to remove a nail from the door frame as it was sticking out.
There was a loose screw in the bottom of the bathroom door frame.

Appartamento poco riscaldato accessori cucina carenti: solo una padella e un pentolino piccolo tre forchette no phon. Mobili e cucina nuovi ma minimali no comodini letto per spegnere la luce bisogna alzarsi dal letto. Il bagno ha una bella doccia la lavatrice ma un lavandino piccolissimo nonostante fosse spazioso.Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco alle 18.00 quando l'ora del check in era le 15.00. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare assistenza Booking per farli andare a pulire e siamo potuti rientrare solo alla sera. La struttura non risponde mai né ai messaggi né alle telefonate. Alla fine la vacanza è andata bene perché lo abbiamo usato solo per dormire e colazione.

Buona la posizione, vicinissima al quartiere Haga, dove il sabato mattina c'è un mercatino caratteristico.
I letti erano comodi, c'era la lavatrice, l'angolo cottura con lavastoviglie. Vicina a supermercati e locali, zona tranquilla.
Un po' difficoltoso prendere la chiavi dalla piccola cassettina vicino alla porta, si deve far scendere una linguetta e tirare verso il basso, non era ben spiegato, per fortuna ho incontrato degli altri ospiti che mi hanno spiegato come fare... Mancava un phon per i capelli, e sarebbe stato carino trovare un set di cortesia con qualche bustina di thè o caffè liofilizzato, c'era la caraffa termica e la macchina x il caffè che si usa in Nord Europa, ma comperare un pacco nuovo apposta per un paio di giorni mi sembra uno spreco...sarebbe un gesto apprezzato dal cliente trovare almeno una bustina al giorno per ospite...

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblici, inoltre si trova in un quartiere che non offre problemi neanche nel rientro a tarda notte.
Il nostro appartamento, e non ci riferiamo all’intera struttura, quando siamo arrivati era molto sporco, con le lenzuola utilizzate da qualcuno prima di noi e non sostituite.
Inoltre era presente polvere in tutto l’appartamento e capelli ovunque, sia sulle lenzuola che nel bagno.
L’odore all’interno dell’appartamento non era dei più accoglienti, ed inoltre il riscaldamento non era funzionante all’interno della stanza, ma solamente nel bagno, dove abbiamo dovuto effettuare da soli il bucato delle lenzuola, a causa delle condizioni precarie di esse.
Oltretutto all’interno dell’appartamento era presente una bocchetta dell’aria, non regolabile, che emetteva solamente aria fredda.

Flottiga kranar. Tv funkade inte och kablar låg i en stor härva mitt på golvet. Ingen svarade på de numren jag fick (varken telefonsamtal eller sms). Sunkigt bäddat, ingen sänglampa om man vill läsa (ingen kontakt i närheten heller). Dyrt om man ser till helheten.

En hel liten lägenhet till ett fantastiskt pris. Mycket bra läge med många varierande möjligheter att insupa den lokala alkoholen. Det fanns till och med tvättmaskin - något som sannerligen behövs efter en utekväll på Långgatorna!
Städningen var kanske en aning slarvig - dock inte på en nivå som störde, förutsatt att man inte är sjukligt pedantisk. Är man det rekommenderar jag ett svindyrt lyxhotell i stället, eller varför inte terapisamtal? Folk som är fina i kanten gör bäst i att skaffa sig en ordentlig inkomst och lämna budgetalternativen åt oss andra!
