Enjoy the convenience of being only an easy 11-mile drive from Palisades Tahoe, while basking in the tranquility of a quiet family neighborhood throughout the year.

Main Level:
- Kitchen: Microwave, Oven, Stove Top, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker
- Dining Room: Can seat up to 8, plus breakfast bar seating for 2 attached to kitchen.
- Living Room: Seating for 5-6, television with AppleTV & AmazonFireTV (no cable).
- Bedroom #1: King Bed that can sleep 2
- Bedroom #2: Twin Beds sleeping 1 person each.
- Bathroom: Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo
- Laundry Room & Half Bath: Washer and dryer available for guest us
2nd Story
- Bedroom #3: King bed that can sleep 2
- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Bedroom #4: 1 Queen Bed sleeps 2, 1 Twin Bed sleeps 1.
- Loft Space with TV and seating for 3 - 5.

Parking:
- Driveway: Parking for up to 4 vehicles depending on snow conditions. Precautions should be taken during icy conditions such as blocking tires to prevent sliding.
- No Garage.
