Die Wohnung befindet sich im Süden Istriens. Es befindet sich in Banjole und hat einen schönen Meerblick, der weit weg ist Nur 300m. Der Besitzer des Hauses wohnt oben mit seinem Hund Neron. Er pflegt das gesamte Anwesen und in seinem exklusiven Ein Teil wächst Öko-Gemüsegarten und Obstgarten. Er beschäftigt sich mit dem Anbau von Aloe Vera und Goji-Beeren. Der Strand mit Strandbars befindet sich 1 km in Richtung Premantura, bekannt durch das Kap Kamenjak, eine erhaltene Oase ganz im Süden der Halbinsel Istrien.
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung, 2 Restaurants sind zu Fuß 300m, 800m entfernt, und es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants in Pomer und Premantura. Die gesamte Zone ist ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Schwimmen, Schwimmen und Tauchen.Während der Sommersaison ist alles reich an Stadtfesten, Konzerte und viel Spaß.

Duplex apartment of 250 m2 with an outdoor terrace and an additional exclusive outdoor area of 500m2. Possibility of using barbecue, zen zone with koi fish and gyms in the shade. The apartment is located in the south of Istria. It is located in Banjole and has a beautiful sea view, which is far away only 300m. The owner of the house lives upstairs with his dog Neron. He maintains the entire property and in his exclusive part grows eco-vegetable garden and orchard. He is engaged in the cultivation of aloe vera and goji berries. The beach with beach bars is located 1 km in the direction of Premantura, known by Cape Kamenjak, a preserved oasis in the very south of the Istrian peninsula. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, 2 restaurants are within walking distance of 300m to 800m away, and there are several good restaurants in Pomer and Premantura. The whole zone is ideal for walking, cycling, swimming, swimming and diving. During the summer season, everything is rich in city festivals, concerts and lots of fun.
