"Mountain View Villa", a newly built holiday home, a perfect retreat for families and groups - accommodating up to 6 guests in comfort. Enjoy a modern well-equipped kitchen, a scenic outdoor deck with barbecue, plus views of Mount Wellington. Just minutes from Tasmania's largest shopping center, restaurants, Blundstone Arena, and only a 10-minute drive to the CBD and the airport.
The Space:
The Villa has had been designed with the holiday maker in mind with 3 generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure lock up garage.
The main Bedroom has comfy King size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom a cozy queen bed and built-in robes, and third bedroom has two single beds. Each room, thoughtfully adorned and equipped, ensures a seamless stay.
With the convenience of two bathrooms, including a relaxing bathtub, and the added ease of a washing machine and dryer.
Outside, the expansive deck beckons, offering a picturesque backdrop for your barbecue gatherings.
A secure lock up garage with electric roller door is also provided for your convenience.

Situated moments away from Salamanca Fresh on Clarence Street, showcasing an array of fine Tasmanian produce, and a brief 3-minute drive to Eastlands—the region's largest shopping center—alongside restaurants, hotels, and Blundstone Arena, perfect for sports enthusiasts attending football and cricket events.
Conveniently located just a 10-minute drive to Hobart's vibrant CBD and only a short trip to Bellerive Quay for a scenic ferry ride across the Derwent River, the home also provides swift access to the popular Bellerive beach within a mere 5-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus mall just down the road at Eastlands Shopping centre with a regular service that travels to the CBD.
Walk to Bellerive Quay (15 min walk) to catch the Ferry to the CBD operates Monday to Sunday.
