Located in Lozica close to the centre of Dubrovnik, Villa Vatroslava is a lovely modern villa with a swimming pool and direct access to the beach. An excellent choice for a holiday, the villa is 15 m from the beach and a short walking distance from the nearest café and restaurant. Dubrovnik, one of the most visited destinations known as the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic,’ is just 9 km away.
Villa Vatroslava (700 sqm) develops over four floors.
On the ground floor, you will find a summer kitchen (with a fireplace, stone bar and a terrace with dining table and chairs), a wine shop, a sauna, gym and two showers. There is also a laundry room (with a washing machine, dryer, laundry room and ironing facilities) on this level.
On the first floor, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with fireplace, sofas, and TV), a dining area (with table for 10) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with a breakfast bar). There is also a guest bathroom (with toilet), a double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and whirlpool tub) and a furnished terrace.
The second floor is occupied by two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and on the third floor, you will find one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Outside, you will find a courtyard with stairs to the sea, a swimming pool (open when the villa is available for rental) with sun loungers (19 sqm), an outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining area.
