About this cottage rental
Rural views don't come more green and peaceful than this! The beautiful Devonshire countryside is sprawled out in front of you while you relax on your own private, wraparound deck in this four bedroom lodge. Dedicated seating areas welcome al fresco dining as you take in the sights and sounds of natures. You can star-gaze into the clear night sky as you sip some champagne and sink into the warming bubbles of your own hot tub.
With wooden cladding, natural views and sumptuous interiors, the lodge gives you a cosy, cabin feel where you can snuggle up for the duration of your stay.
The private balcony is accessed through floor to ceiling, glass bi-folding doors which lead off the very generous, open plan living, dining and kitchen space which is made for both comfort and entertainment.
The spacious living area, comfortably seats 8 people where you can enjoy a family movie night on the large, Flat Screen TV, have a fun-filled game night with friends, or simply sit back and watch the world go by as the breeze blows through the trees outside.
To the rear of the living room you will find a contemporary dining and kitchen area which is perfect for those evenings where you want to gather your family or friends together for a homecooked meal. A stylish breakfast bar also creates the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, electric oven and a large American style fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispensers, as well all the other kitchen essentials. If you choose not to eat out at one of the delicious on-site restaurants for the evening, you have everything you need for a family feast at home.
At the end of a day of exploring the beautiful Devon countryside or engaging in the many amazing activities the resort have to offer, you can retire to the contemporary, cosy bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. On one side of the lodge you will find an impressive master with super king-sized bed which overlooks the beautiful valley outside. Wake up, open the curtains and then simply crawl back into your comfy bed and take it all in. The adjoining ensuite features a large walk-in, rain shower for a fresh and invigorating start to the day as well as all the toiletries you might need, including L'Occitane soap.
On the other side of the lodge there is a twin room with two single beds, perfect for families with small children and there are also two more rooms with super king-sized beds, one of which also has an ensuite with a large walk-in, rain shower and additional amenities. Each room comes with its own dressing table and ample storage space as well as stylish furnishings with modern pops of colour.
There is a main bathroom to accommodate the other bedrooms which features a separate walk in shower and bathtub, complete with towels and amenities.
The lodge is pet-friendly so feel free to bring your furry family members but please note that pet fees will apply. The properties is accessed via a small boot room so there is space to hang dog leads, hiking jackets and kick off dirty wellies. There is also a convenient dog/bike wash point outside of the property.
