Full of light and comfortable furnishings, the spacious living room boasts a 75" smart TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen radiantly gleams with its stainless steel appliances, sizable center island, and other nifty gadgets like a coffee maker and blender. After you've dined over a delicious meal at the formal dining table, head for the balcony where you can chat and gaze out at the swaying palms.
Carefully curated with soft linens, private TVs, and inviting color palettes - the bedrooms guarantee a good night's rest. The interior amenities extend to a private washer/dryer and children's items like a Pack-N-Play, board games, and beach gear.
Outside, put some music on the portable speaker and dip into the turquoise pool. As the sun begins to set over paradise, hop on the provided bikes for a serene ride around the neighborhood.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Please be advised that the control panel of the home, located by the living room entry door, is equipped with a security camera that is to remain covered. This camera is able to record video. Removing the camera's cover is prohibited

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Love having the bikes and the boat dock to see manatees!

Great location bike ride to beach. Clean modern property. New construction green energy home.
3 story garage and pool on first level. This building has an elevator which did not work. This is a must if you have any mobility issues. The stairs are brutal. New development so construction going on near by, it was tolerable and not a big deal. Over nice rental.

The elevator broke day 1. The pack and play was located in a locked closet, they responded right away and brought out a toddler bed and mattress but our child is too young for a toddler bed, she needed a crib or pack and play. We ended up finding a key for the locked closet and were able to get the pack and play out. We found toe nail clippings and dried food on the floor and back porch. Our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floors. The lights flicker often so would not recommend for people with epilepsy. The construction noise (which we were warned about) was really bad. It starts super early and goes all day. The house is poorly sound proofed and you can hear everything going on in and outside the house. The heat for the pool only works if you turn the bubbler off. Also, our tech savvy group could not get the surround sound working for the tv. The house has awesome speakers but useless if they don’t work. There are tons of nice properties in Cortez and AMI, so I’d avoid this one again. Not worth the price.
