The Basics: 2021 like new glampmobile with lots of amenities to ensure your total comfort while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. At 27 feet, this motorhome is spacious but totally drivable. We'll walk you through the ins and outs of the RV before your trip so you feel comfortable. It sleeps 5 adults or 6 with young kids. There is a bedroom in the back with a RV queen sized bed with outlets on the nightstands at each side of the bed. Main coach area has bright kitchen, 2 comfy recliners, and a U-shaped dinette that converts into a bed (45"x74") for 2 small people or 1 adult. The kids' favorite feature is the over-the-cab bunk that sleeps 2 (57" x 95") and has a window and air duct for comfortable temperature control. They can enjoy an assortment of movies on the 32" TV and blu-ray player. The RV has 7 seat belts (2 in cab, 5 lap belts in coach). Accommodates one car seat (requires seat belt capability as there is no latch system) and has a ground anchor. Bed/Bath: We offer freshly washed bed linens, pillows, and towels for 6 but you can bring your own clean bedding for a $50 discount. All blankets must stay IN the RV. Septic safe/RV toilet paper provided. Kitchen includes: 4 pots (diff sizes), 2 pans. Mini-Keurig. Knives. Cutting boards. 2 colanders. Cups, bowls, plates & cutlery. Various kitchen utensils. Small cookie sheet. Foil, plastic wrap, few ziplocks and Tupperware. Dish towels, oven mitts, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, brush, drying rack. 13 gallon garbage bags, small waste basket liners. 2 rolls of paper towels. Miscellaneous: Broom, dustpan & cleaning supplies. Electric griddle, portable butane stove + extra butane. Outdoor coffee table, 5 camping chairs, laundry drying rack, camping mat, board games, DVDs, kids books, beach toys, toddler cushion. Please clean items you use before returning the RV. ** RATES ** $285/night (Peak seasons) - June 22 through September 8th/May 23-31 $260/night - rest of September/April 1-May 22/June 1-21 $240/night - October 1-March 31 (5 night minimum) 10% discount for 7+ nights 20% discounts for 28+ nights 100 miles per day included, plus $0.35 per mile thereafter 4 hours of generator use included, plus $3 per extra hour used Delivery within 20 miles - $100, $8/additional mile Pickup within 20 miles - $100, $8/additional mile Airport pick up with the RV - Please contact us. Note: You can park your car at our location for free during your trip. ** FEES ** $150 Prep/Cleaning fee for each rental. Covers thorough cleaning and sanitizing of entire RV, checking/cleaning appliances & included accessories, preparing clean linens, tanks, ensure full fuel and propane tanks, check/replenish engine fluids, etc. We get it, camping can get messy but as much as possible, please return our RV in similar condition as you received it. This includes washing the dishes you used. Please cook foods with strong odors or foods that splatter a lot of grease outside. Spill something on the floor? Please wipe it up to prevent moisture damage. Excessive odors, messes and damages will incur additional fees on case by case basis. Gas: Please fill up the gas tank before returning the RV. No time? No problem, we will do it but we charge a $50 service fee + cost of gas. Propane: Please fill up propane tanks before returning the RV. Alternatively, we can take care of it for you for $50 service fee + cost of propane. $100 Pet fee for the well-behaved, potty trained dogs only. Due to allergies, we cannot allow cats in our RV. Please keep your dogs off dinette, recliners, and cab seats. Any costs to repair/clean pet damage/urine/poop stains will be deducted from security deposit. Dogs cannot be left alone inside the RV. Please follow individual camp site rules regarding dogs. $100 waste tank dump - Please empty black and gray tanks per instructions before returning the RV. If you'd like us to take care of that, there will be a $100 fee. Please note, overly full tanks, failure to follow black tank guidelines, or excessively dirty toilets will insure an extra $150-250 fee as these aren't easy to fix.
