About this house rental
Endless Summer is the perfect name for this terrific townhouse at the western end of Perdido Key. This part of Perdido Key offers lots of undeveloped park land and public beach accesses, with a throwback feel for how beautifully barren Florida beaches were back in the day. Less crowded, lots of nature and occasionally a feeling of having the beach all to yourself.
Want to feel like you are away from it all, but still conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and attractions? This lovely townhome sleeps 10 with the comfortable sleeper sofas on the main floor. It offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a quirky, fun loft for teenagers. The primary bedroom has a plush King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. It walks out onto a balcony looking East for beautiful sunrises. The guest room has a comfy Queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and looks out over the back deck and pool. That's where Perdido Key's cotton candy sunsets appear in the late afternoon. The sleeping loft is accessed by a custom ladder and has 2 twin beds for additional sleeping accommodations.
The living area is comfortable and welcoming with plenty of seating. A new 55" TV is available for your viewing pleasure, but there is just so much to see and do outdoors. The owners wanted this family-friendly place for their kids and teens to have space to stretch out, enjoy a natural setting and outdoor activities like fishing, sunning, shelling, and playing in the water. We are happy they are willing to share because it really is a perfect spot for memorable family vacations, groups of friends to hang out together, retreats, beach wedding parties to stay, and more. The eat in kitchen offers a large ceramic tile bar for comfortable dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any guests who want to prepare a fresh catch from surf fishing across the street. Didn't catch anything? Perdido Seafood Market is located close-by, just under the Theo Baars Bridge. Don't feel like cooking or grilling? Don't worry. There are lots of very popular local restaurants to try in Perdido Key, Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola.
There are lots of local attractions too, if you need a day out of the sun. PKRM offers our guests complimentary excursions like local waterway cruises looking for dolphins or admiring sunsets, free golf at Lost Key, deep sea fishing, or tickets To OWA Amusement Park. These excursions add real value to your family vacation.
You really will wish the Summer was Endless at the Endless Summer Townhome at Sharp Reef. Book early for Spring & Summer. This reservation calendar will fill up fast.

Loved the property and location. Great price. Loved the pool, pickleball and basketball courts. Short easy walk to a very uncrowded beach. The townhouse was nice and as advertised.
Things that would have been nice to know ahead of time. We arrived at the property at 4:00 and you don't get check in information until 4:00. It advised us that the property required a key and it had to be picked up at another location. Upon arriving we realized there is no front entrance, you have to walk around to the back of the building to enter, which was inconvenient with small kids and a lot of luggage/groceries. The grill didn't work and nothing provided for beach use.
These are things we would have liked to known ahead of time. We had a GREAT vacation and would definitely stay here again!!
