You will be situated on a generous lot with mature landscaping and beautiful apple trees, creating a unique combination of a delightful atmosphere, tranquility, and convenience.

The main living space of this mountain charmer is located on the second floor, where you will discover a welcoming living room with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and ample windows allowing endless natural light inside. Cozy up near the wood-burning stove and get ready for a tranquil and entertaining evening at home streaming your favorite series and movies on the smart TV. If you are more of a board game enthusiast, the home provides you with cards, games, chess, Monopoly, and Uno.

The marvelous kitchen enjoys a large island with seating and all the major appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals and surprise your family and friends with their favorite recipes. The dining area presents you with a gorgeous wooden table right next to a fireplace. This level also enjoys an extensive deck with an outdoor dining area, tree-lined views, and a gas grill, offering the perfect setting for summertime barbecues! And when it comes to sleeping arrangements, you will find two bedrooms on this level.

The lower level features a primary suite that is a private oasis with an en suite bathroom and a slider door framing scenic views that also grants you access to a covered patio. There is a bunk bedroom that is perfect for the kiddos and a welcoming den featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a trundle bed. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, partial AC units, children's toys, and baby gates.

Security camera details: There is an active Ring camera outside pointing at the driveway, hanging on the garage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
