The entrance was concerning because there were 30 steep steps to climb up to rental and carpet was very dirty & old. Once inside the rental it was was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.
Location was further than anticipated from Old Town and walking took us past some risky areas which we were later told we should not have done.
A few recommendations to help future renters:
1. Hooks in the front bathroom because there wasn’t any place to hang wet towels.
2. Front bedroom had no closet to hang clothes. If the existing closet remains locked perhaps wall hooks to use for hangers.

Very nice condo. Large and clean. Be aware that the property is up a steep set of stairs.

Great to be walking distance to the major sites in Old Quebec. No onsite parking but a quick 2-3 min walk to a nearby parking garage. A lot of homeless people in the area but they were not bothersome, but a little noisier on the street at night than we would have liked. Comfortable and clean accommodations and easy check in and out

We had an amazing getaway! The place was very clean and well appointed, however we would have benefitted from a bit more storage. There were no dressers or suitcase stands where we could place our belongings. I pulled a chair from the dining room to place my luggage on it. Otherwise, the place was perfect. The only complaint was the location. We walked everywhere, and had easy access to all local attractions. However we always came back before dusk, as there was a homeless shelter a block away and we felt very uneasy walking through this neighborhood (a lot of transients in this area, some sleeping in front of the apartment) with any groceries, souvenirs, alcohol, and also when loading and unloading our vehicle. Aside from this, we had an amazing stay!

The apartment feels as spacious as the photos depict. The stairs are a bit steep so watch your step as you go up or down. I am a country mouse, however, so that could be the norm for these old buildings. The apartment is a 20-min walk from Old Quebec, and a nice retreat when you're tired from exploring. The big windows give you a good view of locals and passersby, and it was fun to see families out and about, even after dark. Good restaurants are super close (5-10 min walk or less). The neighborhood has an interesting mix of old and new, fancy and practical, businesses. We appreciated the variety.

This cute apartment is centrally located with a parking garage a block away.
The apartment has only one closet in one of the bedrooms, so you will need to live out of your suitcase as there are no dressers in any of the bedrooms. There are four beds, two of the full size beds are in one space right off the kitchen with curtains used as doors. This room does not offer any privacy for personal conversation or space.
If you have problems with walking, steps, or low seating this apartment would be challenging. There are 25 uneven steps to reach the apartment and the toilets are the height for children not adults.
We arrived in November. As we walked from the parking garage to the apartment we noticed many homeless people. If you are a city person this is nothing unusual if you are from the country life this is what you usually find in any and all cities.

Perfect for our stay in Quebec City….The venue was clean and spacious. The location was in a fun neighborhood with grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and boutiques within easy walking distance. A Hop On Hop Hop Off bus stop is two blocks away to access other parts of the city. Access to the apartment was a breeze and communication with the manager was ideal!

A spacious, modern unit with a layout that suited our needs to a T. It was a 20 min walk to the Old City and 5 mins in three directions for great coffee and fun shops like Benjo toy store. The pedestrians-only restriction on certain afternoons and evenings made for quiet bedtimes but tricky access if you need to get luggage up to the flat.

The property is located on a colourful street, centrally located near restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and walking distance to Old Quebec. The people in this neighbourhood are diverse and vibrant (makes for great people watching on the balcony) and the condo itself is very quiet and secure.
We travelled with our 12 year old son and 19 year old daughter and there was plenty of space in this well-maintained condo. Dominique was very quick to respond with answers to all questions.
I have no hesitancy recommending this property and encouraging a visit to this most beautiful city!

We stayed with our two adult children and we’re very happy with the property. It was exactly as pictured and explained. The owners reached out before we arrived with instructions on how to enter. They left a nice bottle of wine for us and checked in again to make sure we were happy. Overall a great experience for us which made our trip to Quebec even better than we imagined.
