About this house rental
About this space
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Come for the beach, stay for the relaxing upstairs balcony and cozy fireplace.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, two story charming home built in 1939.
It is located less than a mile from Sunny Cove, 10 minutes from downtown, the boardwalk, and Capitola.
This vintage home has been in our family for decades, and we're so excited to share it with you. This is a home with a lot of history, and we hope you will treat it gently and with care.
2 bedrooms with queen beds, couch that folds into a bed, and futon in living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs.
Pros: Located less than a mile from the beach, surrounded by beautiful trees, relaxing upstairs balcony, great central location, cozy fireplace, upstairs soaking tub, sand toys available to borrow, and charming homey vibe
Cons: This is a very old, lived in, house for a MAX of 6 people. This home is not a party space. The dining room chairs and dishes don't match. The downstairs bathroom is very small and uniquely shapped. There are stairs throughout the home. The redwoods are beautiful, but also very lived in. You'll want to keep the doors closed and not leave any food out to prevent additional guests from joining your stay. The backyard is still a work in progress.
For added safety, we do have a security camera at the front and back doors.
Our place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with the comforts of home.
