Sea La Ve at Aruba Bay Resort is a short walk to the beach and has beautiful resort style amenities right outside the door. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly built townhome has everything to make your next vacation memorable! Sea La Ve is custom decorated with cottage style, coastal decor that will instantly make you feel all the comforts of home while at this wonderful beach location. The open concept living / dining / kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space and the large, 75-inch TV you can see from any angle. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful updates and a new Margarita machine! Both bedrooms are spacious and offer a 55-inch TV to enjoy as well. Make your way to the private patio out back that allows a place to hang in the sun while staying private on your vacation. Come stay with us!

EXTERIOR FEATURES
-Private, fenced in patio with chairs off the master bedroom and a camera that is actively monitored
-No garage access
-Reserved parking for two vehicles in front of entrance
-Additional parking for guests in unmarked spots throughout complex
-Boat/trailers not authorized throughout complex, street side parking with vehicle attached

CLEANING
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).
