This 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom house sleeps 24 and features an elevator with access to all 4 floors. The elevator was recently equipped with new features to ensure the safety of your little ones. Incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean or Intracoastal Waterway can be seen from every window in every room.

Each room is nicely appointed and every bedroom is equipped with Premium cable and Roku for even more media options, a Flat Screen TV, and DVD and/or VCR players. Alexa Echos and Dots have also been placed in some of the bedrooms to allow for localized music or inquiries.

Wireless High-Speed Internet Access is broadcast throughout the house... and to the large screen LED smart TV above the fireplace.

The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 rooms with a set of bunks and a single bed with a trundle each.

ALL bedrooms enjoy a private bath. The King and Queen rooms each open directly onto the deck for easy access to the hot tub and beach.

The spacious second floor (the heart of the house) has the kitchen and the sunlit great room featuring a gas fireplace, LED smart TV, fun family games, DVDs and stereo components that can fill the entire house with your favorite beach music. Bring all your movies to watch or use some from our DVD library.

The Gourmet Kitchen is graced with granite countertops, a double sink, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water/ice dispenser, oven, separate microwave, glass cooktop, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers (Keurig/Mr. Coffee) and a large pantry. There is also a bar sink built into the island. The Kitchen has logically placed cookware, updated bakeware and utensils. There is also a large extra icemaker for your added convenience.

The Dining Area easily seats 14 at the newly white-washed dining table and an additional 4 at the countertop bar stools.

This level also offers a comfortable den/office area that can serve as your 7th bedroom with desk, a daybed and trundle, television with video games, full bathroom, and a beautiful sound view.

The third floor is the showpiece of the house, with 2 huge master retreats - each offering a king bed, separate sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, a wet bar with a small refrigerator, television and DVD player. The bathrooms have a spa tub, a free-standing shower and double sinks. An adjoining ocean-side deck is the perfect place to watch the sun come up while enjoying your morning coffee. The beauty of this beach will make you want to wake up at sunrise!

Other amenities include two enclosed garage bays, and an enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower. The private Beach Walkway has built-in seating. Just a couple of houses down and across the street is the North Topsail Beach Park which has something for everyone - playground equipment, a fishing dock, a basketball court and a volleyball sand court and deep-water access for your paddle board or kayak.

This home is event friendly (weddings, etc) There will be a $1300.00 non refundable event fee along with a $250.00 cleaning fee. There will be a $1000.00 refundable security deposit. The security waiver will not apply for weddings and events.

Any and all events must be approved in writing as well as coordinated with the rental agency. The event fee, security deposit and cleaning fee must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
