La qualité des repas même si le choix est un peu trop orienté italien.
Le Spa est super
L’hôtel est en cours de rénovation et il en a bien besoin! Si la chambre est spacieuse la salle de bain elle est désuète et sale

Kennedy at the Bar is a class act and the front man to the resort. He and the staff go out of their way to make your trip a memorable one. We look forward to spending future anniversaries back at our 2nd home. Couples massage was a very nice touch
The escape from the world. Spa as well as the privacy of the private pool and individual spaces

Good breakfast on request. I highlight the extreme professionalism of the staff and their friendliness. In addition to the good facilities, I highlight the architecture.
It makes no sense to pay for breakfast coffee. the beach next to the hotel has many rocks and is not good for swimming
4.5 / 5.0
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The property is so lovely that I didn’t feel the desire to go explore the surrounding area, I just relaxed and recharged. Would recommend the massages as well!
The beds were a bit firm for my taste, which led to stiffness in the morning. The internet is slow but workable.

Thé privacy and our own salt water pool. The dining by the ocean truly magical.
The gym was a little disappointing.

Alacarte menu, the staff were so friendly, the villas are beautiful, small intimate resort and the most welcoming and amazing GM Mr. Stefano.
l would have loved if they had one large pool for a good workout swim in the evenings.

The strong brand is consistently applied, staff uniform and clean pool.
There is no management of the facility, staff are not experienced. The food was awful with missing ingredients. no quality and very dirty beach.

The ambiance was amazing mostly in the night , and our breakfast was delicious can't wait to revisit
I loved the fact that every villa had a private swimming pool and comfortable relaxing beds and it being close to the sea there was more breeze.

Food,
Amazing view
Cleanliness,
Very beautiful place, rooms, pool
Extra room charges for room service (this should be included in room charges one time if need be or a free service and should not be mentioned verbally to guests on regular basis)
A missed payment had occurred. This can happen, however once the guest has agreed to the charges, there's no need to contact 3 times in 24 hours. An email would be sufficient.
A 5 start hotel would normally waive such inconviniences.
Lost key. Upon leaving, the room key had been lost or misplaced which can happen. There's no need to ask traveller's for 5000 Ksh for a key that's copied at 50 to 100 Ksh. There should be enough backup keys available for such scenarios.
At some point the owner was arguing with his staff over the fact that we wanted to take our leftover lunch to the room to finish it there. It was an uncomfortable and awkward moment.
The beach is not for swimming and walking may require shoes.
Overall, I think there's a problem when it comes to payments and management by owner,,, this is usually not experienced in 5 star hotels.

The breakfast that is included in the rate that we booked was sufficient: fresh fruit, eggs of your choice and a beautiful plate with toast, mandazies and cakes. But if you like more you can order this. The view from the breakfast area is breathtaking!
Our room, with air conditioning, was very spacious with 2 balconies and a beautiful view of the beach and sea. Each villa has its own hangout space with private swimming pool. If you are sharing the villa with other guests then there is also the communal swimming pool with lots of sunbeds to go to.
There is enough seating space to enjoy a cocktail in the afternoon and the dining area is very stylish too.
There is a cosy small beach right there, but don't expect a long and wide beach where can go for a long beach walk. On the flip side: no beach boys!

Nice boutique hotel on a kind of an peninsula. Equipment top with a very tasty view for every detail (lamps, game photos on the walls, cushions, daybeds ...). Private small beach and a lot of privacy.
Had the impression that the staff all in all needed more and better training to fulfill demands on a 5 star hotel. But people on the other hand tried hard and often succeeded to make things happen.

This property looks fabulous and extra to stay there compared to alternatives in Malindi
The government of Kenya imposed a travel ban to Malindi just before my trip. The hotel refused a refund, although this is standard practice for most hotels around the world during the covid crisis. I was given a voucher but I cannot use it before it expires as I cannot visit Kenya again this summer even if travel restrictions are lifted. The hotel refused to extend the voucher validity, s

The villa was clean and neat, bar attendant and the waiters at the restaurant were amazing.
Most of the staff were friendly and the villa was beautiful.
The privacy is top notch.
The receptionist (female who was present on Thursday 04 morning. 03.2021) was rude/too much attitude . I would have mentioned the name but let me not do it .

The owner -Antonio- has put his heart and soul into the establishment. Staff are courteous and friendly. The chef accommodated our dietary requirements with no qualms. The resort is very Afro Chic with an emphasis on wellness.
We also really enjoyed the fact that it’s not a humongous resort with hundreds of rooms/ guest. It felt very intimate, like a private resort.
