The Shieling is an attractive and spacious bungalow situated in a very desirable location bordering the beautiful Ribble Valley countryside. Set in a generous plot, with large private gardens, the gated drive can accommodate three cars.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet

The Shieling is a very spacious three-bedroom detached bungalow style holiday home, the perfect retreat for friends and family to relax and unwind and explore the local area.
As you enter the home, you can step into a large open plan living area with large windows and patio doors allowing natural light to flood the room, creating a bright and airy feel. The living space is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, creating an inviting environment for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to rustle up those home-cooked meals. The dining area is the perfect place to host a family meal and enjoy quality time together. The airy hallway has a roomy cloakroom and toilet, and leads to the three bedrooms. The Shieling has been redecorated throughout for 2024, with new carpets, floorcovering, curtains and blinds. With a mixture of contemporary and mid-century furnishings, the Shieling has a classy and airy feel. The beds are also brand new, all with memory foam mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep. The back garden is private, great for relaxation, featuring a patio area with outdoor furniture, and has open, enviable views towards Pendle Hill. The gated driveway and private outdoor space is ideal for children to play freely.
The property is Ideally situated close to the local amenities in Padiham, and handy for its supermarkets. Close to Burnley with its famous football club, and renowned spa at Crow Wood, and in particular the market town of Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley are also close at hand. Manchester is just a 45- minute drive, or less by direct train, and the Lake District just an hour and fifteen away. So whether for a restful break close to a thriving culinary scene, (check out the acclaimed chefs at restaurants at nearby Fence, Wiswell, and Langho to name but a few) or as a base for touring or sightseeing or walking, The Shieling does it all! Just a little further, and you can explore the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or why not visit the Yorkshire Dales.
