This recently and beautifully renovated home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom with stunning marble tile and granite countertops. The other two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, share a fully tiled hall bathroom with granite countertops. The living room invites guests to relax and unwind, whether enjoying each other's company or stretching out in a spacious yet cozy space.

You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and a modern washer and dryer. My family is considering Greenville as a possible relocation spot and this house was in a very convenient location for us to be able to jump on the main highways and take off exploring. The house is cozy and well decorated. Had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very quiet neighborhood which was appreciated after long days on the road. Communication with the owner was very easy. The only thing I will note is if you’re traveling with seniors - which we were - some of the furniture was a challenge for them and their mobility, arthritis issues (soft low couch, hard metal dining chairs and backless island stools). My husband and I managed with them fine, but something to keep in mind if there are older people in your traveling party. Other than that it was a great stay!

We loved the big comfortable couch and the private backyard all fenced in with a beautiful deck & playground. There are extra tri fold mattresses if we needed them. All the appliances we could want. Quiet neighborhood with a park to walk around just down the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Our second time staying at this property. Hopefully this will be our go to for every Shriners appointment we travel to Greenville for. Spacious, comfortable, clean. It is in a wonderful quiet safe neighborhood that is close to everything you could need yet you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city.

The house was just as described. We enjoyed cooking in one night and found everything we needed. Very convenient to downtown. We took in a game at Fluor Field, took a long walk at Falls Park on the Reedy, spent a morning on a walking brunch tour, and discovered the Nine Mouse on Main. The yard could use some attention but the large back porch was still enjoyable. We would stay here again.

The house is on a quiet street but close enough to many stores and shops. Easy access to the interstate and minutes from downtown Greenville. Home itself was very clean and comfortable and has a nice backyard patio.. Would use again if needed.

We stayed here for a 5 day family vacation, the property was super cute and well furnished and maintained. The owner was very communicative during the check in process and throughout the stay. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, downtown, shopping and many family activities. Our kids were never bored the whole time we were there. The only issue we had with the neighborhood was some neighbors blasting music at random hours, but really out of control of the owner. Overall it was a great house to stay in and we will definitely be interested in coming back!

I had a very pleasant stay. The house is conveniently located near Woodruff Rd. allowing for easy highway access, shopping, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the home was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable!

Listing was 100% accurate in both description and pictures. 1st time I've ever given 5-stars across the board (it was deserved and I'm a bit picky). House's location, layout & amities were just great for 10-day visit w/ family in the area. Great communication w/ hosts, nice balance of help & privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house. It had everything we needed for our stay in Greenville and was close to shops and restaurants. The house is fully stocked with all you need and there was even fresh flowers and candy left out for us when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and pantry are well stocked for cooking meals at the house. We also enjoyed the backyard because of how peaceful and quiet it is in this little neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay here! We will be back

This home is located in a great neighborhood. The communication, cleanliness of the home, amenities in the home and put were perfect. The pictures don't lie. I would give this home a five-star rating if it had better pillows on the bed. This is by far the nicest home we have stayed in. It's clean, comfortable and she goes to Great Lengths to ensure that it is cozy and easy to nest in. I think the owner does a great job and I would highly recommend

Cute house in a very convenient location. Stayed here while visiting friends in town. Our two year old loved playing on the playset in the backyard. Kitchen was stocked for all our cooking needs. Great floor plan for families with kids. Only con was the bed was uncomfortable for our liking. (Very soft, all personal taste)

Absolutely beautiful house and neighborhood! Enjoyed watching kids playing in backyard, and watching the little family of chipmunks that came out in the mornings. The location was perfect and the house was easy to find. Everything was conveniently located. It had everything we needed, and more. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
