Nice motel, but for the price it should have had a real refrigerator withe separate freezer! It only had a refrigerator! I have to carry insulin with freeze packs and need to place them in a freezer over night.

For the price, the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, bed comfortable. Lots of spots, seating in the lobby to relax or hang out if you did not want to stay in your room.

The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It looked like a college dorm room. Orange and red stripes on wall. Very cheap furnishing. Small desk looked like $20 Big Lots special. Night stand was orange plastic. It also looked like it was from Big Lots or Wal Mart.

Nice simple room but strange noises from just outside the room many times during night. We were on first floor by exit. I think the HVAC compressor outside made noise in our room.

I have no complaints at all. There was trouble with the internet though, but I think there was an internet connection problem in the whole area. Overall nice, clean hotel and friendly/helpful staff.

Very nice stay. Spacious handicap accessible room-very clean. Utilized the fitness room. Only negative was desk personnel not there in the morning . Wanted to buy a water bottle from little mini market but no one was there and same at checkout . Although breakfast staff was and answered some of our questions . Otherwise great stay.

Decided to stay here rather than the hotel we normally frequent. It was quite a bit cheaper and was recommended. We stayed in a disability room due to a recent injury. The hotel was clean and provided the basic amenities. The staff was somewhat friendly but lacked knowledge of local resources. Noise from the neighboring rooms was noticeable. Traffic sounds persisted throughout the night. The stay met our basic needs but the nocturnal noises were annoying.

My family and I travel often for work and leisure. The most important for us is to find something affordable (within reason and depending on the amenities), location and above all cleanliness and customer service. The size of our room with 2 queen beds was surprisingly small and there appeared to be lots of mold inside the AC units. We decided to not complain since we would only be there overnight. What broke the camel’s back is the elevators breaking down. Another issue is that there is no AC nor opened windows in the halls. The front desk ladies talked as if it was not something that’s out of the ordinary. Speaking of which, the night shift girls need some serious costumer service training. Oh and most concerning is that the hotel is directly in front (within a few feet) of a dingy and seemingly unsafe hotel. Though there were mostly cons, we did enjoy the pool and the coffee. The outdoor seating area was nice but would have been better if a pickup truck wasn’t parked right next to it obscuring our view. This is definitely the lower and generic end of the Hilton line.

I made reservations...when we arrived...we were given our room on third floor..the shower had red long hair strands noted...when you shower..the shower door opens onto floor...the bathrrom floor become flooded...shower stall floor was very slick...almost fell...then coffee stains were noted on nightstand...and bed linens were not changed...i called front desk...i was told the room was on list to be cleaned...we were moved to first floor...again...same problem with shower...floods floor...no trashcan liners...chair in room is cheap...people at desk were nice...but overall...hotel was poorly designed...when you order queen beds...you can not get into the first bed on one side...too close to wall..cheap quality in soap..shampoo....each are one big bottle on wall..that is used by everyone....toilet paper too thin...will not go back to this hotel...and it was actually a new construction...

Stay was ok until they they gave a stranger room keys to our room at 10pm at night and this person was able to open the door and enter the room my husband went down stairs to complain and the staff at the front desk said was very cold and nonchalant about their mistake no apology offered at all won’t be staying here again.

Disappointing - I’ll return to Hampton Inn next time. I spilled water in the bathroom and the washcloth was black when I wiped it up - so the floor wasn’t clean. Bed was excellent. No microwave or coffee machine. Evening staff were good but the young man in the morning was rude when interrupted from his cell phone. Pool didn’t open till 10 so no swim before leaving!

I would give 5 stars for the front desk, both desk clerks were wonderful upon our check in. The room was above expectations, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The only reson for 4 stars was due to so much chlorine in the pool we couldn't stay in the room mmore than 5 minutes it was so strong and the pool was so cold we couldn't get in it, it was like the artic water.the grounds were full of weeds and lawn unkept made it look bad. I would stay again if ever in the are again. Would still recommend due tto friendly staff and cleanliness. Oh and no bar, what's up with that Hilton?

we liked the clean fresh room design that was a different type set up then most hotels. The lobby was great. Our grandsons especially liked the pool table and the varierty of board games.

Everything was as stated in ads. Customer service could improve. I think a customer in front of you takes precedence over a phone call. Desk clerk did not even acknowledge 2 people waiting. The phone customer should have been told the situation, other live customers waiting, and then given a choice for a call back or a possible few minutes hold. The desk clerk was polite and friendly enough just needs some etiquette training.
