The resort is beautiful and the aurora show is incredible. We stayed just one night which was perfect. We didn’t test out the pool or casino but food area was done really nicely and good couple of shops dotted around. Le space in the resort was also amazing.

Overall the resort staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later. The main attractions was the AURORA with LED display showcasing surreal imagery, ROTUNDA, INSPIRE Wonders and SPLASH Bay. We went during the Chuseok day and it was a long holiday hence Inspire was so croweded with people. Looking for food was a unpleasant experience, very long que, many restaurants run out of food and ingredients during lunch time & dinner time, and also they close at 8pm. So it was hard to find food if you are late. So you might need to consider to get your food at the restaurants with bar. So we ended up having Fried Chicken at Hi-Fi Chicken & Beer

I saw many bad reviews or comparison with the Paradise(stayed there before) but I really liked this place. It has its own charm and if you want to experience North America Vegas feeling, this is the place. Pleasant stay!

I booked the hotel in the effort to have a fun stopover experience for my two girls ages 6 and 11. Flying from Sydney to Frankfurt in one go is in my experience horrific, if not broken up by a night somewhere on route. I booked the hotel mainly due to the Splash Bay, however the facility is really only recommended for very little kids. My kids were bored within 15mins and my younger daughter was forced to wear a swim jacket due to her height, despite being a fantastic swimmer. The free shuttle service only operates once per hour, which was a very long wait for my overtired and exhausted girls. The light show was interesting, but super noisy! Restaurants and Food Court closed at 9pm, which meant we were forced to have dinner at a Chicken&Beer “pub”, not ideal! The entire experience is Las Vegas like, in Korean. On the plus side, the rooms are great! I recommend staying in either Sun or Forest Tower if travelling with kids as it’s closer to restaurants and facilities. I had a fab coffee at Paul Bassett coffee shop, and I am a complete coffee snob;) This afternoon, before our returning flight, we’ll check out the Slime-Café Slalaa and the Le Space exhibition. I hope this helps:)

Fairly new hotel so everything is really clean but not all the businesses are open yet including some of the pool activities are limited other than that it was convenient from and to the airport with their free shuttle service. Room service food was great!

Inspire Hotel was very impressive from the hallway installations, to the cleanliness & comfortable rooms, to the unique audiovisual shows in the common areas. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We only wish we could've stayed here longer! Hope to be back soon!

Stay at Paradise. Drive over to the Inspire resort for a meal and sightsee what they offer. There is no need to spend the excessice money for the room. The so called water park is very small, staff are not very friendly, and really not worth the money for the rooms. The mall is really nice to visit.

Not sure why there are some bad reveiws, this giant hot just opened. I suppose make sure you get water park passes with your room reservation if you want to go. I had no problem with checkin, although maybe others had issues when staff is being trained and its just opened. Note this is a family restort and pool and lazy river are filled with small kids learning to swim. Being a resort many of the food prices are double than they should be. Maybe when the food court opens there will be more options. Probably everything will be open end of 24

Visually the resort is stunning, with beautiful and entertaining LED displays. Service and staff were incredible. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and bed. Only disappointment was that several areas and stores were not open yet, despite target date for 2/2024. We became regulars at the cafe Metcha and it was lovely to be recognized and so well attended. Prices at most eateries were exhorbitant, so the convenience store was quite popular (be prepared for lines). There was not anything to do outside of the resort unless you transported a minimum of 10 minutes away. Overall, a lovely stay and we could consider coming back.

The hotel has not been prepared completely yet. Tablet pc in the room, too small letters make me disturb to read, furthermore, I can't expand the letters, then, I couldn't read it well and touch the screen well, I felt difficulty in choice anything I wanted. The 2nd, aurora has not been set yet, we had to be satisfied with 'whales and forest'. However, on your information, there was no specific guide about attractions. The 3rd, The splash bay, before they open the water park, we had to wait on lines with general travelers wearing bath rob and swimming suit for 30 minutes or 1 hour. The 4th, welcome-gift for the VIP guests room, fruits were disappointing. Compared to the value for the stay, fruits were one apple, kiwi, and an orange with knife and forks. We didn't know they cleaned the fruits, before they brought to us. Those kinds of fruits made us uncomfortable, rather satisfy. In conclusion, it was not better than we expected. But, generally, the kindness and facilities were great.
