Welcome to A Crazy Beach in Mercer Village located in the heart of Old Town Port A, walkable to the best eateries & bars this beautiful island has to offer! With 3BR/2.5BA, sleeping 10, in 1400+ sq. ft., this newly built, well furnished detached condo is steps from the community pool and offers 2 designated parking spots near your door. A Crazy Beach is perfect for those who enjoy the beaching, dining, live music, shopping and entertaining in Old Town! No Smoking/Pets considered. COPASTR: 381-885
A Crazy Beach is in the Mercer Village community on Oleander, which is 1 block west of Alister St. This community is newly built in 2021. Still an easy drive (within 5 min) to the beach, but in the heartbeat of Old Town with some of the best food, excellent shopping, live music, entertainment and more - A Crazy Beach checks all of the boxes!
Arriving at A Crazy Beach is really easy with 2 designated parking spots on the side of the house. Enjoy the beautiful front porch and enter into a spacious living room with a large TV and comfy couches! This open concept floor plan also offers a dining space, chef's kitchen and kitchen island - this area is perfect for entertaining, meals together, and/or planning your beach/fishing day ahead!
The kitchen is well stocked for all of your prepping, cooking, serving and dining needs. And, this kitchen is gorgeous with all of the coastal finishes!
Also on the main floor is a half bath, laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest use, and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All decorated beautifully with everything you need to have a great Port A island stay!
Head upstairs to 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom: King Room, Bunk Room with 2 full bunk beds on the bottom and twin on top. This bunk room is colorful and fun - it will be a kiddo favorite! All bedrooms offer a closet for guest storage as well.
Don't forget the large community pool for swimming and water fun after all of your Port A sight seeing, fishing and beaching! It will be the perfect spot to cool off and make memories with your friends and family!

- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

First time we have used for our family vacation. All the comforts and conveniences of home with all the amenities Will definitely return.

Clean, well decorated, great location walking distance to dinner & stores. Loved the little pool. Bring water as the fridge doesn’t have a water/ice dispenser. We had to run out and grab some last minute but otherwise 10/10 will stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time! This property was very clean, close to many attractions. The property owners/managers were very attentive and made sure to check on us throughout our stay. Check in and out process was quick and easy. Would highly recommend this place!

The house was amazing. Super clean, organized, well furnished with quality furniture, there was a welcome basket with snacks, pen and pad, cookies and a birthday card! The kitchen was fully stocked and had a brand new roll of paper towels and cold water bottles in the refrigerator. The laundry room had a small bottle of detergent and spot remover. The microwave didn't work and they had someone over the next morning to fix it. We give this place, Jim & Chuma and the SWAY Team 5 stars!!!

Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery store. Parking was very close and easy. Was always easy to get a hold of the owners of the property! We had one issue with the door and they fixed it within a couple of hours of us informing them about it. Loved our stay!!

This was our first time to stay "in town." I thought we would feel far from the beach, but that absolutely was not the case. The condo is so cute. It's bright and airy feeling and SO clean! The beds were all really comfortable, even the beds in the bunk room! We walked to the grocery store, and to the ice cream shop, and there's a great little local coffee shop just around the corner. Also, parking is super convenient. Easy 5 stars for this place!

Our stay at a Crazy Beach was everything we expected and more. The condo was filled we everything we needed, and the decor was coastal and homey. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach!

The condo was in a perfect location, close to everything and very quiet. Jim and Chuma were very quick with communication from the moment I booked to the time I checked out. The condo was very clean and I can’t wait to stay there again.
