Owners had excellent communication! Check in/out was a breeze. They had a nice informational sheet in the house!
Location, location, location! The town of Lakewood had a small town family feel yet close to everything!! Be prepared for the steps to & from the house, once you master that the views are breathtaking! That wrap around porch was to die for! Everything was top notch inside & out! We've let family & friends know of this property in hopes they will experience what we did during our stay!! Thank you thank you!

The first thing I want to point out in this review is that I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this place, especially in Cleveland. The mid-century modern vibes of the interior and breathtaking views of Lake Erie (my partner and I made sure we were home for every sunset, and recommend future visitors to do the same) made for an exceptionally cozy and enjoyable stay. The second thing I want to point out is the conversation pit in the interior, where we spent much of our time relaxing over a glass of wine, listening to music, playing cards - if we weren’t in town visiting friends, I don’t think we would have left the house. Although when we did leave the house, the location of the property being a 10 minute drive from downtown and other cool areas made traveling around the city very convenient. The third and final detail of our stay that stood out from the moment we arrived was the cleanliness and modern amenities. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for natural light to consume the entire space. The primary bedroom was incredibly comfortable and includes a bathroom with HEATED FLOORS. And the kitchen is just awesome. Shout out to the owners, Kyle and Conor, who made the check in process very easy and straightforward and provided us with a 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at the lake house. This is a one of a kind space nestled right on the lake in a secluded cove. The house was comfortable and provided great views of the lake.
Kyle was super responsive and was a great host in orienting us to this unique property. Highly recommend.
Hope to make a return visit in the summer.
