Perfect location. Walking distance to the Concho Christmas Lights, holiday parade and plenty places to eat. The only disappointment was that the cook was out sick Friday and Saturday and we were not able to order a charcuterie board.

This is the only place. I’ll stay when I’m in San Angelo from now on. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The sheets were amazing. The pillows were amazing. You will not believe what the rooms look like on the inside when you pull up to the outside of the hotel, they’ve been totally renovated, very nice bathroom nice shower. You never have to even go into the front office, you sign in online they give you an access code to your room and you can text them for everything you want. They will even deliver breakfast to your room.

The hotel has been updated and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. However, we left a cooler in the room and when we called to see if they had it, unfortunately they said they did not find it in the room. We know we left it and it was disappointing to learn the right thing was not done. Definitely our fault for leaving it, but disappointing to learn somehow it was not in the room.

This was such a cute surprise on our cross country stay! The property felt very clean and newly renovated and the staff was very nice at check in and check out. Pet relief area could use a little love but overall if we ever passed through again we would definitely stay here again.

When we pulled in we thought"Oh no". The property is old and being redone. The outside hides a nice surprise inside. The staff was great, the lobby very cool with a full bar and a personable bartender. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Would I return? Probably.

Good communication from the guest services staff, ensuring we had our check-in code in advance of our arrival. Our first code provided did not work, but they were quick to provide a backup code upon texting them. Room was nicely decorated and cozy. You can hear plenty of street noise as it is located right off a major thoroughfare (Highway 87). Unfortunately, my partner and I woke up with several clusters of bites on our legs and arms. Guest services informed us they "conduct regular inspections for bed bugs throughout all our rooms... we'll promptly conduct additional inspections." It's a good concept of a place, but we won't be returning.

I loved the decor in the rooms. My colleagues and I enjoyed the cafe/bar and outside sitting area. This hotel feels like a very social place, rather than just a bed for the night. The staff were also very friendly.

An old hotel renovated, did a great job renovating it; rooms upgraded but small with not much room to move around. The lobby, Coffee/Bar area and outdoor patio are beautiful! Would be really nice for group event! Biggest negative is the parking lot and noisy at night next to two busy streets.

This Hotel is a cliché “don’t the book by its cover”. You would never know how cute the rooms are by the outside appearance. My wife and enjoyed our stay. The WC/bathing room is spacious and perfect shower. I am very impressed how the hotel managers/owner keep this property up to date. Plus the social bar option. Thank you

The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms are newly refurbished with very comfortable foam mattresses and plenty of pillows. Bathroom has been renovated with a really nice open shower design. There is a very comfortable lounging/work area above the office with a nice view of a quant courtyard with hot tub individual sitting areas for socializing and indoor outdoor bar and small lounging pool. The friendly staff just topped it off for us. Will be returning in our next visit.

It took me 20 minutes to get into my room because the battery was dead on the electronic key lock. Once inside the door rooms on each side and they were very loud and slam shut. Also, there was a coffee maker coffee cup lids, but no coffee cups.

As you can tell from the photos this a renovated motel. They did a great job and even added a fitness room and lounge area. We enjoyed the hot tub/pool area with fireplace and provided swim towels. This is on a very busy main street. The street noise (even from inside the room with the door completely closed) was very loud and didn't let up much during the night. We all slept with our air pods in our ears.

Great experience overall. We stayed in the suite. Very spacious, beautifully decorated. The shower was nice. The bed was amazingly comfy. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of the night. It was nicely heated and surrounded with a neat atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We come to San Angelo almost once every few months. We will certainly be back to this place in the future.

This is a refurbished motel. They did a beautiful job refurbishing; however, the road noise is terrible interrupting sleep. The refurbishing didn't address this unfortunately.(not sure if better windows and doors would have helped or not). We also could hear TV sounds in another room (wish they would have added more insulation between the rooms). They are very newly reopened and had some hiccups. We had no cold water in our room (shower for lavatory). We didn't give them an opportunity to fix (difficult when you aren't dressed). Now the upside...it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They are forward thinking in trying to have the check-in experience and TV interaction with the front-desk be a touchless experience. They took two sea containers and insulated them and put them by the pool area that protected the area from the main street, so it offered privacy, but I wouldn't call it a "spa" like it says on their sign "Pool and Spa." Maybe they plan for a spa in the future but it doesn't exist today that we are aware of.
