Stay Gulf-front for unparalleled views from a true seaside haven! This home is one of just few in our rentals portfolio that stands directly on the beachfront! Enjoy upscale décor, elevator-access to all three floors, and lots of space to unwind.
AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include the Cabana Pool for ages 18+; the Splish Splash Family Pool; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space, including Tailwind Park, Coastline Lawn, and others. Enjoy Seascape Courts with pickleball and half basketball courts; a lakeside wooden boardwalk; community pier; fishing pavilions, and a playscape for kids. Access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North too: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Gather in a spectacular, third-floor space backed by panoramic Gulf views! The expansive kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, ample storage, and extras like a wine fridge, butler’s pantry, and oversize island with seating for 4. The grand dining table seats 12 and looks to the endless horizon for special mealtimes, while the adjacent family room accesses a balcony oasis, where Gulf views mesmerize. Other common areas include a first-floor living area with dune views and access to a rear patio. A second-floor seating area with library captivates, as does a living room that doubles as an office with a desk along the windows.
OUTDOOR SPACE: In addition to the dune-level patio, a second-floor balcony offers Gulf views and invites conversation in a charming swing and more outdoor seating. Finally, the third-floor balcony offers outdoor dining and gas grill, plus a fire-pit table.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a light-filled bedroom with extra-large twin beds and private bathroom joins two charming bunkrooms that each sleep 4. On the second floor, three king suites, each with custom details, offer privacy and relaxation. The primary suite opens to the Gulf-side balcony and to a bathroom with dreamy soaker tub and walk-in shower wrapped in marbleized tile. Another of the three suites has its own community-side balcony.
MORE GREAT FEATURES: The home is just two houses over from the private dune crossover, and an outdoor shower rinses feet after beach time! IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
This home is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering this home the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
