This place was in the perfect area of Athens. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and in the evenings after a long day of walking around Athens. My husband and I were sad to leave. We will return to Athens and we will definitely stay here again!
4.0 / 5.0
The condo itself was well situated for walking to most places. Good restaurants close by but also many within 20-25 minutes walking distance away. The condo was clean and was well represented thru online pictures. The building itself could use some attention. The entrance was dirty and a lot of displaced mail. The lobby is not inviting. The paint is peeling/chipping on walls, windows are either missing or painted over. Stairs and railings are dirty and limited lighting. There were several dead bugs on floor hallways leading up to condo. There is an elevator. Once in the condo, it is good. Views are great, and nice outdoor deck space. The unit is spacious and modern. Bathrooms are good size with nice bathing products. There is no hairdryer. We received new towels and sheets half way into our stay, along with a light refresh of space. There is good air conditioning in bedrooms and living space. Overall, good location and space.
